Actually, he's not - unless 4% black is considered "being black." He's actually 45% Arab.
In a conversation with my mother a while back I mentioned that his middle name is Hussein, and she thought I was joking, she said "you mean like Saddam Hussein?," to which I said "yep." I realized then that most people don't even know what his middle name is! If he's been so careful to hide something as simple as this, and his 'Arab-ness,' what else is he hiding?
Personally, I suspect he's a trojan horse planted by his Somali Muslim (radical Muslim) folks.

Not 100% — his mother was white. Why is it that when one parent is white and the other is black, the offspring almost always refer to themselves as being black? Just wondering.
