Ace notes that it keeps getting better with the nutcase that Obama so looked up to and admired for 20 years:

And Mona Charen believes Obama has pulled the greatest con seen in a long time:
His entire campaign has been about “coming together,” a post-racial consensus, etc. Any mention of his middle name was immediately condemned as ignorant fear-mongering. He has played the role of racial unifier with great skill and finesse.
But there is a great deal of evidence out there that he is anything but. The Reverend Wright is exhibit A. Mrs. Obama is Exhibit B. But there’s lots more. Here is a piece by John Batchelor about some of Obama’s other connections. For example:
William Ayers is the second Chicago figure to consider in the political profile of Mr. Obama. William C. Ayers, known as Bill Ayers, is notorious as a terrorist bomber from the 1970s who, on September 11, 2001, in the New York Times was quoted as finding “a certain eloquence in bombs.” Now, at 62, Mr. Ayers, a former aide to the current Mayor Richard M. Daley, is an established professor of education at the University of Illinois in Chicago. Importantly, Mr. Ayers and his wife, the equally notorious Weatherman terrorist Bernardine Dohrn, hosted a crucial meet-the-candidate event in their Hyde Park neighborhood home in 1995 when Mr. Obama, also a Hyde Park resident, was sounded out by vital citizens, among them the retiring state senator Alice Palmer for the 13th District.
Obama’s book is strewn with hints of his far left sympathies, as when he tells an African cousin who complains about the hardships of life in Kenya that things are no better in America. Or when he suggests that the lives of poor black young men in the inner city are blighted by white racism. He never says it explicitly, but it’s there.
He has been very friendly with Rashid Khaladi, the fierce anti-Israel professor who took Edward Said’s post at Columbia.
My own theory, FWIW, is that Obama acquired his far left views at least in part to make himself as authentically black as he could to compensate for having a white mother.

And she is right. There is a growing amount of evidence to indicate that this man has been steeped in hating everything this country stands for, which is a common quality amongst those on the far left. Its quite something to have someone like that in the Senate, quite another thing to have that person running the country itself.
This mentor of Obama for 20 plus years is a racist. How in the world could people come to the conclusion that a man indoctrinated into this world of hate could somehow “heal” America’s racist past? That he will “change” this country for the better?
I’m sorry, a person doesn’t immerse himself into such a racist world as Wright’s without absorbing some, or all, of the hate and racism he preaches in that world. As Mona writes about above there are many clues in Obama’s books.

Mona Cheron may very well be right. Obama has pulled off the great con.

OTHER people move from crowded and/or economically depressed and/or crappy parts of the country. Why can't blacks?

It is still happening, I heard the same sentiment in the rant from Obama’s pastor on Rush's show yesterday. Pastor Wright said that AIDS and drugs were deliberately brought into this country to bring blacks down.
I had a young black man tell me 2 months ago that the government blew up the levees in New Orleans to drown blacks. They believe this crap and it really makes me mad.

Hussein ObamaSamma is the Muslim Manchurian candidate in the presidental race. He might make $inator Hildebea$T look like a moderate when compared to him. (Not really, both are dangerous anti American left wingers!)

Forty years ago a black friend of my white husband told us about “crabs in a box”. He said this is what black people did when they saw someone getting ahead in life. They would pull him back down like crabs in a box trying to climb out get pulled back by the others. I don’t know if it is as bad now as it was then.
I do know that when I was on a Mayoral task force regarding street vending entrepreneurship, that a local black college was giving street venders a hard time. Perhaps from years of frustration with being robbed, and put down by the system, the college leaders think that only what is in the mind is safe. Actually creating and producing something can always be taken away.
It is not in the interests of the United States, or the American people, for ANYONE in the world to be living in grinding poverty. But our contribution of treasure and time and yes, the blood of our soldiers and other brave volunteers, are simply not enough. The person living in abject poverty has to WANT to leave behind the conditions and the mindset that cause the poverty. We can offer the vision, and give assistance, but the others must first make a commitment, and there are overwhelming numbers who will not take that first step.
To live like Americans, they must first recognize the advantages to becoming like Americans.
It is not the fault of the swineherd that a pig lies in mud. The pig LIKES to lie in mud, no matter how offensive that may be to some. Is the answer to eliminate all pigs?
From the pig’s point of view, it’s not.
Hillary is playing this brilliantly.. bit by bit she releases the Moonbattery of Borat Obama... Silently, sneakily she slowly closes the Moonbat Gap.. Solidifying her hold on the Queendom.. The Queen of Hearts will off with the head of the Jack of Spades..
Obama has just enough of a lead that Hillary cannot catch him. BUT with all of this crap out there, she now gets REAL close. This thing goes into the convention on a VERY tight margin. The SuperDelegates see that Obama is damaged goods and give the nomination to Hillary. With that, the black community goes BALISTIC! There is HUGE division in the party. The black community stays home in the GE and McCain wins in a landslide!

You could be right. I’ve often thought of that very same scenario occurring.
We can win this either way assuming conservatives don’t stay home. A lot of people won’t vote for Obama and a lot of people won’t vote for Hillary, plus they’ll be disaffected supporters on either side still sore from the nomination process.
John McCain should pay attention to the “assuming conservatives don’t stay home” part.
