Jason Eickmeyer was a 15-year-old sophomore at Hammonton High School in New Jersey the night he said he had sex with his gym teacher. From that moment on, he counted the days until he would be old enough to marry her.
Male classmates who heard the rumors would nudge him on the shoulder, he said, and give him a knowing smile. "I got respect," he said.
Two years later, after the police came to his house and took his statement against teacher Traci Tapp, Mr. Eickmeyer was shunned and mocked. He became a Jay Leno punch line.
Friends would ask him, "How could you say you were victimized by having sex with a teacher? She was hot. She was young. She was the best thing that ever happened to you."
Turns out, he said, it was the worst thing. He stopped going to many classes, dropped out of wrestling (his ticket to a college scholarship) and became depressed. And now the 20-year-old has sued the school district, the township and Ms. Tapp, who lost her job but served no jail time after pleading guilty to harassment by offensive touching.
"When we find out it is a male teacher having sex with a female student, he should be locked away and the key should be thrown away," Mr. Eickmeyer said. "If it is a female teacher, she isn't looked on as harshly as a male."

Of course there is a double standard. If we have to ask, the answer is yes.
Sexual women predators get a slap on the wrist compared to men doing the same. But they are just as evil as the men. They look at young people under their care as their personal sexual gratification cafeteria. But they hardly receive the same punishment for it as their male counterparts.
It’s absolutely sick and disturbing that we’d allow proper punishment to be given out because the criminal is a man, but not administer proper justice because the criminal is a woman. That isn’t justice.

Well when I was in school any boy 14 or older was an animal, like a dog in heat but male. They had Roman hands and Russian fingers as we said about them. They had fast moving hands and you had to constantly fight them off. So I would think a 15 year old boy was a willing “victim”. The boys begged and the girls said NO most of the time. A few said YES and ended up PG usually.

Life contains a particle of risk. Sometimes yer heart gets broke in a zillion pieces, and the only thing you can do is hope that time indeed heals all wounds and wounds all heels.
When an older woman gives a boy some, it just ain’t the same thing as an older man seducing a young girl. No harm, no foul.
There definitely is a double standard and there should be for the simple fact that in one session, Debra Lefave or that Pamela Rogers could rack up seven or eight felony charges in fifteen second intervals, where a guy an only rack up one a day.

There is a male/female double standard in all sorts of issues that come before the courts. The "justice system" treats males far more harshly. Men don't get to claim the PMS defense, battered women syndrome, etc.
If Mary whatshername who shot her sleeping preacher husband had been a man who shot his sleeping wife, he'd be on death row. But Mary isn't even in jail.

Right or wrong, there are biological reasons for that double standard. To put it plainly, boys and girls aren’t the same, despite what the feminists have been trying to tell us for 40+ years.

There are some who will argue that since ‘pedophile’ in a legal sense has an age range associated with it (young boys), whose ‘equipment’ may not function or whatever, you just don’t see women going after kids that young. With men going after the young girls, there isn’t that same problem. It’s hard to call women/young boy sexual assault as ‘rape’ as it’s come to be defined, but felony sexual assault covers it. I’d say it would be rape if she sodomizes the boy with something.
The women who do this seem to go after high school age boys. So it may technically not be pedophilia. It’s ‘jailbait’, but the thing that clouds people’s minds is that the victim has to have an erection and so is a willing participant whereas a girl may or may not be willing. The fact is, it doesn’t matter if the kid is willing or not, they are a minor, the teacher, male or female, is in a position of power over the kid, they are adults, and there are laws against sex with minors, consenting or not. They aren’t able to give consent.
I’d say leave the ‘rape’ term in it’s more accurate usage, when someone is forced to have sex against their will - in addition to calling it felony sexual assault. For these other cases, call it felony sexual assault, whether it’s a man or woman teacher and a student.

She plead guilty and was sentenced to... what? Fine? Probation? Loss of job? Whatever? Okay, she payed whatever price the courts dictated. Would his life after this hot-for-teacher episode had turned out different if she was sentenced to jail? And, as a 20 or 21 year-old, would he do her again, now, if he had the chance? You're dang straight he would.

There is one other reason: most men want their own children; they do not want to be tricked into unknowingly raising another man’s child.
The only way to know for sure is to know that no man has inseminated the woman.

A male teacher nailing a 15-year-old girl is statuatory rape, as well it should be. A young hot female teacher nailing a 15-year-old boy is a CONQUEST for the boy: 99 times out of 100, he'll be high-fiving his buds to brag about it. The girl will be scarred for life, but the boy it's a rite of passage and a notch on the belt.
In reality, this story is more a story about the death of common sense in the biased media and the culture in general than anything else.
I am more interested in who is complaining about the double standard.
The lesbian teachers should get the same treatment as men, jail. They are always insisting on equal (to men) treatment.
