MEDINA NY: Doctors office searched
Hassan Medical targeted by State Attorney Generals office
By NICOLE COLEMAN
Investigators with the New York State Attorney Generals Office raided a Gwinn Street family physicians office during patient visiting hours Friday.
Wearing official jackets and golden badges, they arrived in multiple SUV trucks at Hassan Medical Group PLLC, 1038 Gwinn St., Medina sometime Friday morning.
At least five State Attorney General officials remained at the office throughout the day probing the employees with questions and apparently looking through records. None were able to confirm the reason for their presence or whether they were sent by, or affiliated with, the Federal Bureau of Investigation.
One female investigator wearing a brown tweed pant suit and plastic gloves was inquiring about patient record procedures Friday afternoon about1 :30 p.m.
The doctors currently practicing at Hassan Medical are Syed H. Raza, specializing in Internal Medicine and Ghulam Mustafa, specializing in Pediatric and Adolescent Medicine. Syed S. Hassan retired as a family physician with the practice

It’s a professional building in a residential neighborhood. It’s backyard adjoins the property of what appears to be the local high school.
Would I ever go to a place called Hassan Medical? No. Never.
Brown tweed pants suits? Well...begs the further questions...did she accessorize with an earth tone blouse, or a neutral? Flats, or pumps? And, hello...earring style wasn't addressed at all...
Is this really what passes for journalism today? Geesh...I hope they find what they are searching for...but really, does it serve the news story to discuss what the (obviously) female agent is wearing?
“One female investigator wearing a brown tweed pant suit and plastic gloves”
Oh man, I hate that prostate check enough already and now the government agents are doing it.
Can you direct to backup for your statement?
They just want to make us aware that this woman is sadly out of style. Brown tweed pantsuits went out years ago!
Syed S. Hassan, the reported owner of Hassan Medical, retired as a family physician with the practice approximately seven years ago and apparently returned to Pakistan shortly after Sept. 11, 2001.

I wonder why she was wearing gloves?
From the third sentence in the article
.....probing employees....
Now aren’t ypu glad you asked!
Would I ever go into a city called Medina in the first place? No. Never.
I meant your statement that he fled back to Pakistan
First of all, Dr. Hassan is a very well-known, wonderful doctor. Every physician in that group is great. As for Medina.....I would live in a place called Medina. There is nothing wrong with Medina or the people that live there!!!
I shot an archery field tournament in Medina, NY., early 70’s I think

************************************************************** I'm sorry. Sammy67 didn't provide you a link to his statement you asked for so I did. I hope that was ok.
That doesn’t mean Medina is bad because you lived in a crappy house. It is a small community, it isn’t a big suburb. I don’t think because you bought a house that was falling apart or even in a bad area it means all of Medina is bad. There isn’t a place in the world that doesn’t have one or two bad streets or a few bad houses. Yes, it has it’s downfalls just like any other place in the world but again, there is nothing wrong with Medina.
ALSO JUST A NOTE - DR. HASSAN DOES NOT LIVE IN PAKISTAN.....HE LIVES IN VIRGINIA AND HAS SINCE HE RETIRED.
That was a hyperbole. I was making a joke since it has the same name as the other Medina....
I wasn’t saying anything against Dr. Hassan...
It was a nice house when I left.

...there is nothing wrong with Medina.
Except it's in NY, the land of the great carpet-bagger.
