That’s a shame, clearly codewords for anti-Semitism, which is what landed Fr. Coughlin in trouble(rightfully so). The Church has always had a strange issue with money-making and money men.
I used to work on Wall Street and would pop into the little church, Our Lady of Victory on Pine Street for Mass from time to time. Suffice it to say, we got sermons against greed, but never an anti-Semitic remark. No one would have stood for it. Avaritia facit bardus (Greed makes us stupid).
Well, I would be very disappointed with that. I feel no guilt for black slavery nor do I think I owe anything to anyone of this generation because of it. Half my family were Irish that landed in New England and were reviled when they did. Heck, they were slaves of the British for 700 years. I hold no grudge. As Muhammad Ali said about America after visiting Africa, “I am glad my ancestors got on the boat.”

I thought this to be more anti-capitalist than anti-Semitic.
I think he’s declared victory on keeping Hitlery in the race and it has nothing to do with backpedaling - he’s still promoting “Operation Chaos”, right ?
