CNN reporting it to. They are not deeply saddened.
RIP.
U.S. death toll in Iraq reaches 4,000 and the Celebration Begins at MSNBC
The drive-by media is wetting their pants with glee.
The BIG question is:
WHAT PERCENTAGE OF THESE 4,000 DEAD MEN AND WOMEN ARE DEAD BECAUSE SOME JIHADI GOT INSPIRED BY ANTI-AMERICAN PROPAGANDA EMANATING FROM ANTI-AMERICANS IN THE U.S.A.?
After going through a Military funeral this week for a fallen soldier, all I can say is God bless these men and women. We have to finish this job or it will all be in vain.
God bless them. Amen
Wow. That’s amazing. Only 4000 deaths during a 5 year war (a fraction over 2 deaths per day). Never has so much been accomplished at the cost of so few lives. Congratulations US military. Job extremely well done.
My local fish wrapper is the Sarasota Herald Tribune, owned by the NY Slimes. This story will no doubt be the headline in the Monday edition with all sorts of supporting stories on the front page and the following 3 pages.
It’s rare that an article favorable to a Pubbie makes it into this pc of crap before page 5.
Tolerable sports section though.
Almost no options in a town this size.
It's good that the media is right there, letting us know what's happening. Do you think they could do the same with abortions? You know...have someone posted there just waiting and breathlessly reporting a new number each time a child is killed?
Senator Carl Levin and other skeptics of the US war in Iraq predicted that a minimum of 10,000 soldiers would die in Bagdad alone in the first six months of the conflict.
The fact that 4,000 heroes lost their lives thus far— five years later— is a testament to the incredible success of the war in Iraq.
Pretty insane of the administration to let the enemy within operate unfettered.
Raw deal for the troops.
I wish I were half the man of these soldiers.
Traitorous media and libscum cheer. Gawd how I LOATH those “people.”
Also among the wounded, 55% (16,120/29,133) were returned to duty within 72 hours per : Air Force Magazine, March 2008
Imagine being a brave volunteer soldier and your death is used as a number by these filthy left wing scumbags rather receiving the homaqge due for what you and your brave fellows accomplished by your sacrifice. I hate the liberals as much as they hate America, freedom, and our soldiers.
4000 American Dead, RIP.
25Million Free Iraqis.
and i still remember those that said there’d be 5000 dead the first week.
no, sleep, till Victory...
The number per month is down to around 30 with some in the low 20s. This is the safest war in history.
Pray for W and Our Amazing Troops
God bless these 4000 heroes.
(Above sentence contains at least 3 words not understood by MSM.)
I wish the Commies down at PMSNBC would keep a body count of how many of their Al Qaeda buddies have bitten the dust. That’s something I’d like to know but they seem to be keeping it a secret.
4,000 is a lie.
The men and women are dead but they didn’t all sustain attacks in Iraq. Plenty died of forklift accidents in Kuwait, heart attacks in Germany, and one woman of crossing the highway in Kansas.
Add to this people dying of electricution, drowning, vehicular accidents, etc.
The media should tell us right now how many American soldiers have died of similar accidents on bases around the world in the past 5 years.
I LOATHE the yellow journalist muckraking bottom feeders.
God I hate them.
Why is the Army still in the
‘routine-ground-patrol’ business?
It is long overdue for the Iraqis to
do the ground work.
This is a logical fallacy. Why throw good money after bad? The US has accomplished its mission. Saddam is gone, there are no WMDs, Iraq has an elected democratic government, heavens, they are pumping a lot of oil.
Before one more life is lost, we should leave.
Before one more life is lost, we should leave.
Before one more day is is gone, you should leave this site and return to the du where the tripe that you are trying to pass as logic is considered deep thinking.
Heavens, you are shoveling a lot of crap.
It's too late to debate your shallow thoughts, but there are two options, win or lose.
We have our own war zone here:
MURDERS
YEAR TO DATE 2008
LOS ANGELES COUNTY
60
YEAR TOTAL 2007
LOS ANGELES COUNTY
324
More Americans have been murdered by Illegal Aliens in the same time period.
How do we win in Iraq?
WE need to email this link to the regulars

“Twice as many military personel lost their lives during the Clinton years than under Bush”
email starting with
and there’s also the boxes on FOX NEWS for sending ‘tips’
Actually, our men have been safer in Irah than they would have been in the States. Far more have died in auto accidents in one year than the 5 years at Irah. Far more have died in binge drinking at colleges than in the war. Many, many more of our young people have died from DUI’s, and drugs(in one year, than those died in Irah in 5 years)and the medical care and criminal acts for illegals, and has exceeded the cost of the war !!!!!!!!!!!! May God bless our troops!!!!!!!!!!!!!
More Americans have been murdered by Illegal Aliens in the same time period.
Bears repeating.
I would guess more than half. I do not know how these traitors sleep at night, knowing they are trading the lives of our troops for their need for power
And they have to know the figures in this link that show that twice as many soldiers/Marines died during the Clinton Regime

Thank you for the answer maion-iac7.

“Negative U.S. media linked to increased insurgent attacks”
By Shawn Waterman
March 24, 2008
UNITED PRESS INTERNATIONAL
ARTICLE SNIPPET: “Researchers at Harvard say that publicly voiced doubts about the U.S. occupation of Iraq have a measurable “emboldenment effect” on insurgents there.”
Not for you JDoutrider, but SNIFF at post 28.
The way we're doing it right now works for me.
Waiting for the VK’s. Check the history.
What part of Iraq are you in that you have all of the information to make such an outrageous assessment?
We leave right now and Iran will swarm in here so fast, your head will spin more crazily than CNN spins this whole war.
Al Qaeda would also come running right back. We have them on the run now. Why should we cast the hard work and sacrifice of so many, not to mention gaining a valuable ally in a very volatile region to the leftist bin of futility?
Is that the scent of ozone I detect in the air?
Negative ions on the way?
Oh, yes...I think this one is my favorite:
"Isn't it clear that Iran doesn't have a nuclear weapons program? They are enriching uranium for peaceful purposes."
Yeah.
We've got a live one.
I get all my nooz from DW (germany) Guardian (UK) and AFP (france).
It cuts out most of the MSM BS.
All three left-biased press.

I hope to provide information to the American public that will help them understand that terrorism in the U.S. from Al Qaeda did not end on September 11th, 2001. There are currently supporters of Al Qaeda not only outside of the U.S. but also inside of it.”) (March 13, 2008)
