Police Arrest Peace Movement Protester Who Slapped Woman
By Alan Gray, NewsBlaze
March 24, 2008
West Chester, PA - On Saturday, around 12:10 PM, a member of the Chester County Peace Movement (CCPM) slapped a woman twice, while she was videotaping an exchange between two opposing groups. The woman is a local journalist.
Police were called and an officer arrived at 12:15 PM. He announced to the crowd that he was conducting an investigation.
The assailant was pointed out to police and the officer told the man to come forward, but the man was uncooperative and belligerent, and refused to go with the officer.
When he pushed the officer, the officer's partner took him to the ground to be handcuffed. The man continued to resist while on the ground and other peace movement protesters surrounded the officers, some as close as a foot or so away.
The woman journalist who was slapped said, "I pride myself in my professional conduct at this rally and to be struck twice by a "peace" protester, who has been present since the time I began covering this rally, is truly disturbing."

You nailed it. Only difference between communists and liberal socialists is this: Commies use military units to enforce their will on the population. Liberals use the law, enforced by police to enforce their will on the population. Both groups love dictators who have all the answers to distribute the wealth ‘fairly’ from those rich capatolist pigs. At least the Eastern commies don’t claim to endorse blanket freedom like these American left commies do but of course their actions and net result of misery and loss of freedom are the same.
“This guy would have been had for lunch if he had his little fit at the Eagles Up rally Saturday.”
That would have been great to see. But seriously, had this guy touched me, not just once but twice and on purpose, he’d have been hopping around crouched over and talking with a falsetto voice for a month.
First time I met her, I said, gee, too bad I don’t play for the other team. (Iam most definitely a girl and I NOT a switch hitter).
At first, she wasn’t quite sure how to take that! Hah!
Once she got to know me just a little, she got the joke.
Don’t forget the knee to the nose on his way to the floor.:) (I had a lesson in self-defense once from a Vietnam Veteran who said, if attacked, never play nice, fight dirty because you can bet your attacker always will.)
I’ll check.
Awesome!
If you find out let us know!
It may take a little while...but he gave enough information we can definitely find out.
Excellent!
They don't smell any better with age.
After hitting a cop, I'd bet he gets to watch the convention from the Chester County jail. (Oh, and he's just going to love his cell mates. Chester is not a place where I would want to spend a night in the pokey.)
I won’t. But the only time I ever resorted to violence from an attacker was someone attacking someone else and I frankly blanked out. The person he attacked had to climb out of a canal and pull me off him before I beat the living daylights out of him. The guy and his friends were scared of me for the rest of that school year. I was maybe ten or eleven years old. (Actually I pretty much scared myself.) I have no idea how I took the guy down but it probably was as dirty as his attack on my friend when he pushed her into a canal as we were swinging a rope across it. My friend was pretty circumspect around me also. ;o)

“...Actually I pretty much scared myself..”
Now that there’s funny, been there done that.
I'm trying to find the downside to this statement.
Cheers!
>>She goes by the name of “Skye” to protect her identity from the leftist loon types that could very possibly hunt people down and harm or kill them if they do conform their version of peace.
Seems reasonable. I don’t think the gal at Zombietime has ever even released an image of herself, and doesn’t even have a nom de plume. She does great work there in the Bay Area. I’d want to be anonymous, too.
