She asked the question which I had no answer for: Where is the out pouring for the work America has done in the world...
When someone helped me in my life, I appreciate it, and it makes me humble and desirous of repaying the kindness and generosity.....
Now I want each and every one of you who reads this to think about this:
You are living in a town where the government can physcalliy hurt you, or worse and really harm you and those you love......
And in comes this gracious friend who has had enough and saves your life, stops the pain, and is trying to help you rebuil and is asking NOTHING but respect for it, ......
I for myself, whould be beholden, and I would give anything I could to thank and repay them for as long as I lived.....I would want to do what I could to repay that kindness....
It's the right thing to do, and I wait for Man to see it...
“And in comes this gracious friend who has had enough and saves your life, stops the pain, and is trying to help you rebuil and is asking NOTHING but respect for it”
Don’t ever want to hear that you harm more than help, not ever again. ya hear? :)
That's just the way people are.
When you embrace the philosophy of victimology, no good deed is ever good enough for the real or imagined affronts visited upon your poor wrteched soul by those who appear to have more than you do. It is the same mentality that is found in the denizens of the social welfare system. To claim victimhood means that you can justify your attitude and actions, to include killing the very people who lend a helping hand.
Who’s Tina? Sinatra? Turner? What’s the frequency?
This is a really important and good question and people are too glib in answering it.
Of course we should persist in doing good whether we are rewarded or acknowledged, but there is something far more perverse going on here.
There is a concerted effort to deceive about Americans as good workers in the world. Extended from a multitude of global capitals the public statements of liberals AND CONSERVATIVES, there is a willingness to pontificate on the most outrageous lies about American good deeds. This is done with full knowledge that the only possible success of such an audacious lie is constant repetition and bullying of those who refuse to agree.
America is anti-muslim. Really? That’s probably about as false as a statement can be.
America is pro torture. REally? Again— profoundly false.
America does not value innocent human life. Really. Its hard to imagine how small the human remnant would be were we not on the Earth.
And yes. . .President Bush is an Evil, Lying, Idiot. It is all part of a strident shrill desperate effort to make the world safe for despotic hatred of the human powerless.
Even as staying the course is vindiated today in Basra versus Bagdad, the Media is loading up again to ‘blame Bush’ and blame America.
Blame is not attached to iran. Blame is not attached to militia members. Blame is not attached to Sadr. All of the obvious causes of problems in the world are carefully, meticulously, and angrily re situated to be out of America’s bosom. The Media will not even defend the Shia leader Maliki who stands boldly against Shia thugs. he is an “american puppet.”
A fairly seriously revolt is needed among the human community if we are to have a decent of shot at life on this planet. this lying must stop.
I’ll try my best, but no promises ya hear?
I did respond didn’t I? Even thought it was from you!
You are talking to yourself again aren’t ya?
If I’m going to talk to “me” let me say that I love me very, very much. (smile)
