it's one of those awful "up angle" shots... the kind that can make the thinnest person look like she's carrying a pack of hotdogs under her chin... i always try to stay away from these types of shots... they are never flattering...

Actually its the choice of clothing she is wearing. The contrast of the mustard and black meeting at her hips is directing the eye to it and creating a visual break where her pant suits that are usually the same color do not.

Admittedly I have not been up on the news as much as I should but I heard that she had been doing some running. Somthing about dodging sniper fire on a trip overseas.

I thought if she had be running that she would be a little less heavy and that perhaps someone was trying to make her out be something she is not.

Dude, I couldn't believe the way the cameraman kept her 'hips' out of view as she descended into some building today (wearing the pink top- black bottom suit).

For a tiny second, her bottom-half showed and from that point on, it was all upper-body ONLY. My first thought was, "Are they just doing it to be kind or have they been warned?"
