7 Mexican-born Texas death row inmates lose appeals

WASHINGTON — The Supreme Court on Monday declined to hear the appeals of seven Mexican-born prisoners condemned to die in Texas, including two who had committed murders in Houston in the 1990s.
The action followed a high court ruling last week in which the justices rebuffed President Bush for directing the state of Texas to abide by a world court ruling and rehear the case of another Mexican on death row.

And was President Bush right in ordering US states to abide by the World Court who ruled the US violated the 1963 Vienna Convention when they failed to allow the citizens of another country access to its representatives after arrest?

Far as I am concerned they can nuke the entire bunch. I am sick of paying tax dollars to up keep a bunch of individual who have absolutely no want to be decent, law abiding people, who want only to take from good people, kill, murder, rape, steal, etc. As far as I am concerned, nuke em all. They are not going to do anything but be in jail, get out commit another crime and go right back again.

Win a few, lose a few...Mexico just doesn’t get it. 5,000 to 10,000 illegal alliens, mostly Mexicans, break into the U.S. yet very few pols even mention the continued invasion. Think about it...FIVE TO TEN THOUSAND PER DAY!! Wrap your minds around THIS, then...Say “40 million illegals in the U.S. today” and write it 100 times on the blackboard. The CAPS Report won’t disagree. And where are they? In every state, but particularly in CA, TX and FL. Which state is most severely impacted by them? CA, going broke fast!!
