On WLS-AM radio in Chicago, the Don Wade and Roma show played audio of TV segment where Condi Rice's physical shape was discussed and they said she can do 40 push-ups.
Anyone have this video?
Seems Condi is realy pushing herself for the VP slot.

The physique of Janet Reno and the policies of Maddie Dullbite.

McCain would be foolish to take her as VEEP. She is considered a “sellout” by blacks, and he really needs a conservative.

For the record, I have already checked YouTube.

I want a VP that can do one arm push ups like Jack Palance (RIP) did on live tv.

That alone puts her head-and-shoulders above Obama in the qualifications for the presidency. McCain needs to bow out and let her take over. She'll win hands down.

What would her single status mean?

Condi would fit McCain just fine with her support of affirmative action, abortion rights, and dislike of Israel.

Never mind that. How many jumping jacks can Katherine Harris do?

McCain would be foolish to take her as VEEP. She is considered a sellout by blacks, and he really needs a conservative.I suppose on the postive side you could say that she could pull Democrats in either an Obama or a Clinto senario. If Obama is nominated we get some women, and if Clinton is nominated we get some blacks.

I'll bet you're right.

So what's a dog licking a frozen orange treat got to do with Condi doing pushups ?

What happened?

Condi has said repeatedly that she is not interested in elective office. She has never backed down from this statement. When are people going to take her at her word?

Yes, and so is CBS. They had a sweet human interest spot on her last night...very flattering, exercises and all. Yes, the media is picking our VP as well. The fix is in, boys.

To: prolifefirst
Perhaps she can do forty pushups, but as a secretary of state she's a washout!
Her performance is due chiefly to the fact that Madeleine Halfbright's father is her mentor.

If McCain picked her how would she explain her singleness?
What are the possibilities?
1) Gay and active.
2) Gay and chaste.
3) Sexual abused as a youth.
4) Always a low sex drive.
5) Slept around with men but prefered the bachalorette life.
6) Workaholic.
7) Other explanations?
To: prolifefirst
Re the explanations for her singleness, whatever the reason is I would think America would prefer a person with a spouse and children.

| Apr 1 2008, 10:30 AM EDT Condi Rice Gets Sweaty with 'Fitness' Editor
Bush Administration officials are notoriously hostile to the press, or at least those parts of it not owned by Rupert Murdoch. But ask them about their workout routines and the hostility melts away. The president himself notoriously boasted to Runner's World that his track times improved after he declared war in Iraq. Donald Rumsfeld went public with his squash addiction at a media roundtable. And now Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice has given perhaps her most revealing interview ever -- to Fitness magazine.
That the interview happened at all was a bit of serendipity, says Fitness editor Denise Brodey. A few months ago, Rice was the guest of honor at a meet-and-greet lunch for Meredith Corp. executives. When it came Brodey's time to introduce herself, "[Rice[ just brightened up," say Brodey. It turns out the secretary, no less than her boss, is a workout fanatic who does cardio six days a week -- she likes to watch SportsCenter on the treadmill -- and meets with a trainer once a week for strength work. Rice invited Brodey to join her for a workout in the State Department gym, where she seemed eager to show off her buffitude. "We went push-up for push-up," says Brody. "She was incredibly normal, human and sweet." The interview appears in the May issue of Fitness, on newsstands April 8. She has been the worst Sec of State, with the exception of Warren Christopher, in my life time. A total zero. Worse than zero. Sub zero.
I just figure she's ‘nice’ and GW couldn't care less about State or anyone who looks to State to influence internal WH debates, so park Miss “I play the Piano” there.
Push ups. Piano. Poor Russian. Pshaw! How about getting our rep out of the toilet? Eh? She doesn't even have the stones to fill/order/twist State lackeys to fill open position in Iraq. P.a.t.h.e.t.i.c. Just goes to show how little pull she has in her own department. What a loser.
Oh well. I'm sure she will go on to a nice paying sinecure and we will never hear of her again. We can hope.

Jee. Might she have something better to do? I guess when no one in your own department even listens to you, you have time to go to the mall and get a new pair of ergonomic, green sensitive, post recyclable, non-sweatshop, German made , non-hypoalergenic uber yuppie wick socks.
