A 14-year-old girl gave birth in a restroom at her junior high, and the baby boy cried once before she tried to flush him down the toilet, killing him, officials said Thursday.
An autopsy confirmed the baby was alive when born Wednesday at Cedar Bayou Junior High in Baytown, near Houston. The boy was probably full term and cried before the mother, an eighth-grader, tried to flush him, said police Lt. Eric Freed.

In essence, the only difference between this violent murder and what takes place in abortion clinics across this country over 4000 time every day is a license to practice medicine.
The left wants to make it legal to provide assisted after-birth abortion, in case in-womb abortion doesn’t work.

Um, she went to term without anyone noticing? I know my friend in the 9th grade (14) managed to get to six months before anyone noticed. She happened to stretch in chorus class one day, standing up, and the shape of her belly was obvious. It became clear she wasn’t just ‘getting fat’. I can’t see going to 9 months. OF course if the girl was heavy, maybe.

Apparently she decided he was better off dead than having a life with a responsible parent.
Sadly, she won’t be punished and she will reproduce again.
I had a friend in HS who was tiny (size 5).
She HID her pregnancy all the way up to 2 weeks from her due date by wearing shirts untucked and her jeans unzipped!
Her mom walked in on her changing clothes and asked if she was pregnant.
She also barely showed until 2 or 3 weeks from her due date in her second pregnancy.
Also, really obses people can hide a pregnancy.
We are seeing more and more children being murdered by their parents.
14yo ... was probably 13 when she got pregnant.
And the sperm donor was how old?
Enquiring minds ... want to know if this case involved rape.
Actually, she should be able to kill her baby until up to the first birthday. Sometimes being fashionably late is unavoidable.

OK......So how about it’s a legal right to kill your fetus up until the time it’s issued a social security number?
I have no idea ... all limits seem perfectly arbitrary. And why limit it to your own fetus? Really? The fetus is just an interloper in your personal space; an inconvenience. Perhaps we should be allowed to dispose of any inconveniences; any interlopers in our personal space. The restrictions we currently face are blatant examples of sex and age discrimination ... they must be brushed aside. These bourgeois taboos must be consigned to the ash-bin of history.

Where were her parents? Her mom didn’t notice? You can’t convince me that a mom or dad wouldn’t pick up on this if they were on top of things. I would have wondered why she didn’t need tampons? If she was fertile enough to get pregnant, she was having monthlies. But then again, maybe I’m just being naive.

Indeed, Obama would favor an earned income tax credit plus coverage for the child, and for a small enterprise voucher for her own abortion clinic.
