By now I'm sure you have heard about Ted Turner's comments on Charlie Rose the other night. He's concerned about global warming. Oh .. poor Ted. Things are just getting too hot for him, and clearly his brain is starting to cook.
Anyway ... Today Ted said that if we don't do something about global warming in about 40 years most of us will be dead and the rest of us will be living in Somalia or Sudan eating each other. He also said that there just too many people in the world.
Too many people?
OK .. we did a little math problem yesterday. We moved every single in the entire world .. every single man and woman from New York, Mexico City ... every person from every state and every continent of the world ... each and every one of them to Duvall County, Florida. To house all of these people we built two 80-story high rises on every single acre in Duvall County. OK ... I know this doesn't leave room for commercial establishes and services. We're not interested in fast food joints and such. We just want to house every single person alive today in the entire world in Duvall County. Not one living soul anywhere else. So we have two 80-story high rises on each acre. How many people will be living on each floor of each high rise? Answer? About 80.
Crowded? Perhaps so ... but not as bad as the hills above Caracas --- and all those people will be there also.
Now .. to have more fun, we just built one 100 story high rise on every acre of land that Ted Turner owns in the U.S., then we move in every single person in the entire world. That leaves room for all the infrastructure and services. How many people per floor? Around 35. Everybody has their own bedroom.
Get the point? There are not too many of us. There are just too many of us who won't hit a lick at a snake.

The thing that frightens me most isn’t crazy Ted himself. It’s the fact that so many others have met him over the years and still invested money in his business ventures.
Isn’t this the Ted Turner who merged Time Warner with AOL, thinking that he was going to make a mint?

I have it on reliable authority that Ted Turner stays drunk most of the time. He has been known to be stoned when giving public speeches. My guess is he was plastered at the time of this interview.
Turner also said something totally stupid about the people of North Korea.
He’s not that odd- there are many liberal morons who believe there are ‘too many people’ in the world.
What I can never understand is why they don’t take the power they have to DO something about it! Kill themselves, then there is one less evil human on the planet and they could start a trend!
If their own existence is so offensive to them, wouldn’t you think they would lead by example?

They are sitting in jail cells, or worse, psychiatric wards for the criminally insane.
Some are sitting in the Senate & other “hallowed (hollowed, maybe a better word?) chambers.
Some are sitting in NGO & “advocacy group” offices, such as Human Rights Watch, Southern Poverty Law Center, PETA, ACLU, C.A.I.R., etc.
Some are members of juntas, commisarriats, and other dictatorial ruling regimes.
Some are members of Hamas, Hezbollah, FARC, Shining Path, Elf/Alf, Tamil Tigers, MILF, and so many other terror & “liberation” groups.
And some are sitting on guest seats of TV shows, pontificating that their are “too many” people.
