I just don't see her quitting until after the Denver DNC convention (if then!) This has been her lifelong goal, she isn't going to want to go back to being the junior senator from New York.
Personally, if she loses the nomination, I would prefer that she form a third party and run on that ticket. Could be good theater.

Power being what it is, I don’t see any other way for them other than to unite, ala Kennedy-Johnson.

Neither of these two is going to quit. They’re both far too power drunk.
And there’s no one in the party who is powerful enough to tell them to quit. Telling hillary she has to quit would be like walking in front of a steamroller. And Obama is just as bad.

How does a presidential candidate decide to switch off his or her frantic determination to win every news cycle, shake every hand, and rebut every charge and instead end a quest that for many candidates has been the driving force of their adult lives?
If your name is Hillary, the answer is super simple: you don't.
This crazy bitch is rapidly turning into the family's nutty aunt. And she ain't going away any time soon.

(Who wins doesn't matter. They're all liberals. Spend your time and money to take back Congress.)
hillary won’t quit. She’ll just start using more and more desperate campaign tactics. Buying off special interest groups, destroying obama and his family, and blackmailing super delegates are all tactics she hasn’t exploited fully yet (although she has done all three in some measure).
It’s going to be ugly until she wins.

Keep in mind, Hillary ascribes to the ‘Tug’ Benson theory of politics.
