Every Moron who repeats the Moronic Gibberish that biofuels cut down on “greenhouse emissions” should be singled out for a National Moron Merit Badge.

“Hillary will expand on existing on-farm energy programs to create a new $150 million per year grant and loan incentive program to pay for up to 50 percent of the cost for farmers and ranchers to install on-farm energy technology, such as windmills, solar panels, and biodiesel oilseed presses on their operations. She will also provide incentives for carbon sequestration on farms and ranches as part of her emissions reduction program.”

Wow, she sounds suprahuman. Oh, BTW, what is carbon SEQUESTRATION? And is Al Gore the Chairman?

Montana Coal Production & Employment

Production and Value

The following chart shows production for 1997 through 2006. The price per ton at the various sites depends on the quality of coal (heating value, moisture content, sulfur and ash content, etc.) but an average for Calendar Year 2006 was $6.96 per ton making the value of that coal over $290 million. The price is established by the Department of Revenue after three state and two federal taxes are deducted.

“A new incentive program to help farmers and ranchers in Montana and across the country pay for up to 50 percent of the cost to install on-farm energy technology, such as windmills, solar panels, and biodiesel oilseed presses”

While Yomoma plans to impose Sharia Law, Hillary plans to starve us into submission.

In the Senate, Hillary created the Healthy, High Performance Schools program to provide technical assistance to states to help them construct "green schools,"

It languishes in limbo

More Hillary horse spit!!! The RATS won’t be happy till they bankrupt the country and bring about complete socialism. There’s one answer to our energy problems for the foreseeable future and that’s to drill on and off the North American continent. Coal & nuclear power are additional answers.

When is news not news? When you have to pay to get it noticed.

Check the source for this "news:" PR News Channel, the ultimate media whoring outfit. They'll publish anything for you if you have the bucks.

In other words, since this is not legitimate "news," Senator Clinton and her minions had to resort to paying to spread their propaganda.

If it's from PR News Channel, it may be an idle curiosity, but it is most certainly not "news."

It's kinda interesting... I've noticed most of the stuff put out by PR News Channel comes from the RATS. Maybe PR News Channel is a front for the DNC or Soros.

“...the plan will reduce greenhouse gas emissions by 80 percent from 1990 levels by 2050...”

WATER VAPOR is comprises more than 90% of “greenhouse gases”.

I declare the plan ignorant, phony, pandering, and unachievable!

Going by the Clintons' track record, she's probably getting something out of it.

Hillary Clinton has proposed an aggressive plan to reduce our reliance on foreign oil, address global warming, and promote alternative energy.

And I want a Roy Rogers pistol that shoots an infinite amount of bullets and turkeys that will stuff themselves, while plucking up a dozen yams, and fly into my oven.
