Counsel confirms Hillary's 'fraudulent' Watergate brief
WorldNet Daily.com ^ | April 7, 2008 | WND

Posted on 04/07/2008 2:40:07 PM PDT by Squidpup

Details of Hillary Clinton's firing from the House Judiciary Committee staff for unethical behavior as she helped prepare articles of impeachment against Richard Nixon have been confirmed by the panel's chief Republican counsel.

Franklin Polk backed up major claims by Jerry Zeifman, the general counsel and chief of staff of the House Judiciary Committee who supervised Clinton's work on the Watergate investigation in 1974, reported columnist Dan Calabrese in a column republished by WND.

Zeifman, a lifelong Democrat, called Clinton a "liar" and "an unethical, dishonest lawyer."

He contends Clinton was collaborating with allies of the Kennedys to block revelation of Kennedy-administration activities that made Watergate "look like a day at the beach."

Her brief, Zeifman said, was so fraudulent and ridiculous, she would have been disbarred if she had submitted it to a judge.

Polk confirmed Clinton wrote a brief arguing Nixon should not be granted legal counsel due to a lack of precedent. But Clinton deliberately ignored the then-recent case of Supreme Court Justice William O. Douglas, who was allowed to have a lawyer during the impeachment attempt against him in 1970.

Moreover, Zeifman claims Clinton bolstered her fraudulent brief by removing all of the Douglas files from public access and storing them at her office, enabling her to argue as if the case never existed.

Polk confirmed the Clinton memo ignored the Douglas case, but he could not confirm or dispel the claim that Hillary removed the files.

Looking back on the case amid Clinton's fierce battle with Sen. Barack Obama for the Democratic presidential nomination, Calabrese sees a picture emerging "of a very ambitious young lawyer who was eager to please her political patrons, and was willing to mislead and undermine established committee staff and senior committee members in order to do so."

In that regard Mz Clinton was a very precient lawyer.

“Polk confirmed the Clinton memo ignored the Douglas case, but he could not confirm or dispel the claim that Hillary removed the files.”

Back during the Clinton impeachment we discussed this. At the time I thought this was probably the most scary thing Hillary ever did (demanding Nixon have no legal representation), and we didn’t know she removed the files that confirmed precedent in the Douglas case. Kinda like Sandy Burger...don’t like what’s arhived fact, just remove it....
Scary people, this bunch.

"He(Zeifman)contends Clinton was collaborating with allies of the Kennedys to block revelation of Kennedy-administration activities that made Watergate "look like a day at the beach.""

The 1960 election was absolutely stolen by Kennedy and his father's mob buddies. They just kept counting the votes in Chicago until the count came out right and Illinois went to Kennedy.

This is an old story. It came out during the Clinton years, but no one cared because Hillary was only the wife of the President and everyone knew that Nixon was guilty as charged, at least that’s what the press told us.

The fact is, Hillary is no more qualified to take over her husband’s old job, than I would be qualified to step in and do my husband’s job. Just because we have been married and talked about his work, doesn’t mean that I could do his job.

Nobody in the MSM, in particular, will EVER say ANYTHING that suggests anyone was EVER less than totally above-board, agenda-less, honest, upstanding, etc., ad nauseam when it comes to the Nixon problem in the 70’s. They never never never will admit there was ANYTHING but the most white-as-the-driven-snow agenda by ANY person associated with the prosecution of Nixon and his administration. NEVER. You’ll NEVER see it. Hillary is safe.

And now, as a reward for keeping their dirty laundry out of the public eye, they, the Kennedy Klan, support B. Hussein Obama Osama.

Maybe the those Kennedy papers will come out yet. I doubt her Heinousness throws away any good dirt.

Maybe, but a really dangerous and stupid move if she did. You can't hide the existence of a prior case. Cases are “reported” in numerous legal publications. Plus both parties would have a complete case file. Plus lots of press coverage would exist. This part doesn't make sense.

President Nixon (and the Republican Party with him) was villified and hounded to the grave by the MSM for merely “covering up” the Watergate hotel break-in by re-election operatives which he did not order, nor did he know about it prior to the act. Does ANYONE seriously think that the Clintons, with the complete support and aid of the Democrat Party wouldn’t have “covered up” ANYTHING they wanted to cover up?

President Nixon was thrown under the bus by the uber-righteous country club crowd in the Republican Party.
Monica Lewinsky should still sue Bill Clinton for sexual harrassment.

Like some other files we know about? This nation has been so bam-boozled by the MSM about the Clintons and the Clintons them selves it is a relief to see the truth about these two coming out at last! At last they are getting a "fair shake" now tell the truth about Michelle and Barack Obama: John McCain has already been vetted - no surprises there but Barack the Magic Negro needs tons of vetting.

The United States of America is a Constitutional Federal Republic comprising fifty states and a federal district.
Neither Clinton nor Obama believes the Constitutional Federal Republic and both have a dismal track record for protecting the US Constitution. John McCain does believe and does support for the most part, the United States Constitution.

"Her brief, Zeifman said, was so fraudulent and ridiculous, she would have been disbarred if she had submitted it to a judge."

Which fits well with the recently unearthed Hlllary fraud about the woman who was denied treatment at a hospital because of her lack of insurance (which is against federal law) and then died of it. You'd think Hillary would at least know something about health care and law, but it's clear she's stupid as a dead fencepost..
