That’s one reason why liberals CAN be liberals—they can AFFORD to be. After all, how does it hurt them to pay $3, $6, $100 a gallon for gas?

Picking out some places to move to after his 8 years in the White House? A lot of people would owe him by then. He could probably get some nice “loans” and some nice “discounts” on the real estate.

So the Republicans are the party of the rich? I guess the Demos are the party of the SUPER RICH!?!?

Republicans are mostly working class people. Demos are usually your super-rich or the sponges of society that think they’re due something.

Good post. I absolutely can not stomach the leftist elites and their hypocracy. These people talk about “global warming” and that stuff, and I’ll bet my evil assault SUV that they use up more energy that I do between the electric and natural gas bills.

I agree with the poster who suggested Zombie deserves a Pulitzer. He freakin’ rocks.

Too bad the judges wouldn’t recognize *real* journalism when they saw it...

Those people might find him to be useful when in office, but I can guarantee you that they don’t want him living in the neighborhood after he’s served his purpose.

I fail to understand how candidates like Obama and Clinton can condemn the super rich for not paying their fair share, dodging taxes and making life miserable for the working man and yet can eagerly go to functions like this with outstretched hands looking for donations and support. This is hypocrisy of the first order.
