I had to attend that crap in the military and usually made a mess out of the classes, sometimes to the point they had to dismiss us all. lol

I read a good post/article the other day that I think put it very well (will try to find the link). Its basic premise was this white lib elitists are not guilty at all. They already “know” they are better than blacks. They use better than thou issues to try to elevate themselves above other whites.
White Privilege is going to the Punahou School for free, Columbia for free, and Harvard for free, no matter what your SATs look like. Then you get to marry a girl who went to Princeton for free, no matter how low HER SATs were, and who hates America. That's White Privilege.
Then you get to sit in church listening to your pastor attack members of an inferior race. That's what we're talking about here. That's White Privilege and I'm really sorry you missed out.
A thought for you: run for President to straighten all this out and then, if anyone votes against you, he's a racist! That's White Privilege, too.

As you know from years of postings here, on FrontPage.com, and in other conservative on-line fora, as an academic, you can spout any kind of mischievous rubbish you want and get away with it as long as it falls on the liberal/left side of the spectrum. Riky Lee Allen uses his academic credentials in (whatever - it doesn't have to be related) to certify his expertise in the diversity/equal opportunity field and he becomes a paid speaker on the diversity training/lecture circuit.
Large public institutions and private corporations have Diversity/Equal Opportunity administrative positions staffed by...you guessed it, people who have been college trained by Prof. Allen and his fellow travels. These organizations have yearly Diversity/Equal Opportunity training goals, sometimes mandated by local, state or federal law.
So maybe the Sandia Laboratory Diversity/Equal Opportunity representative is looking to execute his or her quarterly/semiannual/annual training requirement in as painless a manner as possible. They go to their Olin listing of available speakers et voila! Prof. Allen is available (for a suitable honorarium and expenses, of course). (If I was a Sandia Labs employee, I would want to know how much Professor Allen was being paid to insult the race of 70% of the facility's workforce.)
Not only is he available but there is background material on him on-line and his lectures are available as well. The Sandia representative looks it over and, of course, finds the standard Mark1 Mod 0 "Whitey is a racist" doctrine taught in colleges of liberal arts everywhere. "Pretty well accepted.", the representative thinks, "Not a lot of controversy there."
So, probably without a lot of thought, the representative cuts and pastes lecture text into the lecture announcement, sends it out as a general distribution email, and awaits contact from staff members eager to know about how they can shed "white priviledge."
And now, as Paul Harvey says, you know the rest of the story...
This is also why I don't have a shred of respect for the "educated opinions" of most of academia beyond what can be directly derived from primary source material.

No. When Obama's programs are either not passed by Congress, or passed but don't work, it'll be the "white power structure" either preventing him or undermining him. To be black means nothing is your fault (in his world.)
