Bill Clinton may have charmed the crowd at UC Davis in January, when 7500 people showed up to see him, but charm has not covered the Clinton campaign bill.
The University of California in Davis is ready to take the Clinton presidential campaign to a collection agency if they do not pay back the thousands of dollars they are still owed.
Here's a breakdown of expenses:
- The UC Davis Marching Band cost $500. - Cleanup services after the rally cost $250. - UC Davis Police officers didn't come as cheap. The security bill is more than $5,600.
"I'm more than willing to be held accountable for it, because that's the way life is," Hillary Clinton said to a Montana crowd on Monday. There is no word whether she'll apply that philosophy here, or if she even knows about the outstanding debt.
Her Sacramento campaign office closed its doors after Super Tuesday, and her campaign spokespeople didn't return my calls.
UC Davis is planning to put its final bill out this week, and if the debt has not been settled within a month, they are going to turn the matter over to a collection agency

So UC Davis didn’t have a set fee and are still thinking of things to charge? I can’t decide whether this is a money grubbing university or a dead beat campaign. More than likely both.

My understanding was they sent the campaign prior set bills that went ignored. This is a last notice bill. Of course UC-Davis might well have to share anything gotten out of Williams, Inckies, Grunwald, McAuliffe, Wolfson, Carville with the collection agency (hence the university probably has already lost). Headline should be “Clinton, Inc. Hurts Education”.
If there were any uncertainty in charges it probably pertained to how long security had to be on duty which was determined by how long Clinton Inc. decided to hang around and contaminate the campus. Which could only be finalaized once they hauled their liberal limosines off the campus.
When are these people going to get it, instead of dunning the clinton’s for money, they should be HONORED to have them in their presence. King’s and Queen’s DON”T PAY for their appearance and the footsteps of these two should be roped off and classified as hallowed grounds.
Don’t expect this (or anything else) to shake the sun-dazed California Leftists back to reality. They’re too much in love with lotuses. But California is exactly what Democrats will do to the United States if the American people are foolish enough to empower them sufficiently.
