Randi Rhodes Resigns from Air America

Last week Air America suspended Randi Rhodes for abusive, obscene language at a recent public appearance in San Francisco which was sponsored by an Air America affiliate station.
Air America Media was informed last night by Ms. Rhodes that she has chosen to terminate her employment with the company.
We wish her well and thank her for past services to Air America. We will soon announce exciting new talent and programming that will accelerate Air America’s growth in the future.

rhodes will be back on the air on WJNO (1290 AM) in west palm beach, florida from 3-6 PM starting on monday april 14.
the anti-hillary, pro-obama show is alive and well.

I actually listened to this strange woman's show one time--on the road to somewhere or another, and it was the only station I could pick up.
To me, it was comic relief---I was astounded to hear that many really stupid Americans calling in for a "discussion" with Rani.

check out some of the messageboards like HuffingtonAndPuffington post—while there are those who
praise Randi there are more than a few who said her show
stunk and that AAR is a failure. This from liberals themselves! Reminded me of when I checked out a lib board
(for laughs) and found someone refer to “the molasses-dripped
voice of Al Franken”. Even amongst the libs (who probably
are tuned to NPR anyway), this network is a no-sale.
