Couldn’t happen to a more deserving bunch. This will be a good example for the other animalistic young people who have been given everything by their parents except morals and common sense.

Works for me (them being charged as adults).
I saw a few moments of the video tape and felt physically sick.
Then I saw a clip of one of the thug’s mothers complaining about how it was all the victim’s fault.
And I felt even sicker.
Is there any way the parents of these fine young ladies can be charged with something? It’s a shame raising violent, idiot children isn’t a crime.

These assault videos are a step away from making a “snuff” film (which IS what the Islamist decapitation videos are).

And they are EQUAL to videotaping a rape. They are sadistic violence being perpetrated on a victim and being filmed by participants for later enjoyment.

As I heard on a local christian talk radio station, the name Zachary means “The Lord Remembers.” Maybe Zak should have thought about that before he gave his name a new connotation. Glad to hear he and the other animals will be tried as adults.

If nothing else, they should be locked up with the key lost for the mere fact they were so damn dumb/cocky to capture and distribute the video of the act.

The media has no qualms about showing these videos on tv all day long but won’t show the evils of Islam. They say that they have “too much respect” for the victims and their families. BS.

Ugh. I don't think i want to know but am curious.

What did the parent say about how the victim was at fault?

I know mommy’s little darlings could never do ANYTHING wrong, but still......

What could one say? What did they say?

"It’s a shame raising violent, idiot children isn’t a crime."

You sir, win the quote of the day award. The parents should indeed be brought up on charges for endangering the public. Maybe it would serve as a deterrent to stupid people who want to have kids, and promote good parenting (ie, responsibility). This is the end game of outsourcing all parenting responsibilities to the schools and the government. An amoral government can only produce amoral children. And what does the government want to do? Take away your right to parent, the exact opposite of what needs to be done.

I saw the mom of one of these pieces of —— on with Greta and she was saying her angel just watched and she feared the animal beating on the girl and I thought well there is why she is a lost cause and the gma was there by phone and the girl lives with her so one of those very disfunctional families-of course mom didn’t know her friends-same old story over and over. I hope they throw em all in prison and throw away the key. The girl beaten has vision and hearing problems and is bruised from the top of her head to her toes. I would bet if you talked to all the parents you would get the same story this mom gave-didn’t know friends-not her fault.....

Kids these days don't have any honor!

Instead of good ole one-on-one fights without weapons.

They now have beatdowns where the whole gang of either boys or girls cowardly beat and stomp their victim unconscious and then think they are all big and tough.

Or they drive by blasting away with their stolen guns.

Hope they get serious prison time.

If you watch the beating, there's no hint of human compassion nor any sign of feeling at all. It's as mean and sadistic as hell.

Watching the video, the victim never once struck back - she just tried to keep the blows from hitting = so I don't think she's the problem...

But if mommy can make excuses for her little darling - she is also the problem...

I literally could not bear to watch or hear the recorded beating - - - just hearing the shortest clip on the radio has haunted me for days - - - so I am ignorant of much of the background. What was the perceieved justification for choosing this victim? Was it random or did these girls have a “motive” as such for their merciless crime?

Taking into account the last two presidential elections, I’d say that Florida stands head and shoulders above most of America in voting in Republican presidents, no matter what the fallout from the insane media.

Florida is one of the most conservative states in the union and has a legislature to match.

I think the following passage sums it up pretty well.

2 Timothy 3

1 This know also, that in the last days perilous times shall come. 2 For men shall be lovers of their own selves, covetous, boasters, proud, blasphemers, disobedient to parents, unthankful, unholy, 3 Without natural affection, trucebreakers, false accusers, incontinent, fierce, despisers of those that are good, 4 Traitors, heady, highminded, lovers of pleasures more than lovers of God; 5 Having a form of godliness, but denying the power thereof: from such turn away. 6 For of this sort are they which creep into houses, and lead captive silly women laden with sins, led away with divers lusts, 7

“Is there any way the parents of these fine young ladies can be charged with something?”

Probably not unless their involvement was more than simply spawning these miscreants. However, the civil liabilty is likely to sting pretty good. What a great plaintiff’s case with the evidence on the video! Parents’ libility insurers may contest coverage, too, which means hefty legal expenses in addition to general damages and medical expenses, all of which would come out of parents’ (hopefully deep) pockets.

This beating does not surprise me. Over the years I have noticed the ever-increasing emergence of narcissism bordering on sociopathy. “Relative morality” is almost a given.

If this had happened in the school restroom, it would probably have been considered a “prank”, punished by a few days of suspension at most.

In the past, I have been amazed by the frequency at which criminal behavior within schoolhouse walls is referred to in euphemistic verbiage or hushed up altogether.

It’s nice to see that there’s still a bit of reason in the legal system today. Honestly, though, the entire legal scene is going to get really interesting, as this is another incident of online teenage drama spilling over into the real world (although I think the beating was totally uncalled for).

It was like “Well, it wasn’t that big a deal.”
Seriously, she should be charged with breeding dogs without a license.
