The Clinton Legacy

Bill Clinton's blunders on the campaign trail have tarnished his reputation as a political virtuoso.

After he made yet another campaign-trail blunder, Hillary Clinton has told her husband to back off. Many in the Democratic party, even those in Bill's corner, would like him to back off, too. The debate about his political legacy is effectively over, and no one but a handful of prominent Democrats will argue that his presidency was salutary for the Democratic party. Present circumstances reinforce that judgment. Bill has been pilloried for his conduct in this campaign. We've seen his bad side -- temper tantrums, parochialism, arrogance, promiscuity with the facts -- and none of his good side. His post-presidency cocoon, gilded in no small part by the American taxpayer, seems to have left him ill-prepared for the modern news cycle. He's certainly no longer his party's best political strategist.

Bubba is no different today than when he was President except that his “handlers” aren’t around. He’s as dumb today as he was then. Case closed!

"We've seen his bad side."

What other side does he have? This is standard Bill and thinking people have seen it for as long as this elevated trailer-trash has been thrust into our faces.

Bill Clinton has never been a king maker. Under his presidency, the Democrats in Congress suffered near historic losses and the individuals he and his team campaigned for oversees didn’t fare much better.

The Leftist claque in the CIA may have set Bill Clinton up with his Rhodes Scholarship and such, but who is Bill Clinton to Skull & Bones (or vice versa)?

Clinton was never as great of a politician as he has been made out to be. He faced off against Bush 41 and Dole, two extremely weak politicians. And all the stuff he is currently in trouble over was passed over by the media since he was their guy at the time. Now he is the enemy of their chosen one, Obama, and he is receiving Republican-light treatment. If Hillary was the nominee and all of this was occurring in the general election, his gaffes would never be seen or heard outside of blogs.

One factor in Bubba’s decay has to be his quadruple bypass heart surgery of September 2004. They stopped his heart to perform the operation.

“While the operation is routine, surgeons have long suspected that it carries a significant risk of brain damage, with patients suffering a decreased attention span, short-term memory loss and reduced learning ability. Most are thought to make a full recovery, but some remain permanently affected with such symptoms as personality changes that are so severe they cannot work.

“Diederik Van Dijk, the leader of the research team at Utrecht University Hospital in Holland, said that cognitive problems are a “frequently occurring complication” of the surgery. The cause of brain damage is unclear, but suspicion falls on heart-lung machines, the mechanical pump system that keeps blood circulating when the heart is stopped.”

That and the fact that the media now actually reports his BS. If it weren’t for BO being a black guy they would still be spiking these stories.

A stupid opinion from someone who wasn’t even in the operating room. I don’t care if it’s Bill Clinton or not.

I know three people who have gone through open-heart surgery. Aside from a nasty scar, they’re fine.

The legacy is rape, failure to answer the growing terrorist threat, perjury, a stained blue dress, and a cigar. He wasted eight years as the rockstar prez. Anyone could have presided over the economy by just getting out of the way and letting it work.

Without Clinton’s handlers preparing him, commies bankrolling him, Hollywood grooming him, his Justice Department keeping him out of jail, the Democrats in congress keeping him from being removed from office, his Arkansas mafia cleaning up after him, and the MSM covering his tracks............Bill Clinton is just your common, everyday, vulgar, criminal, slick talking crooked lawyer........it’s just that simple.......

“Bill Clinton’s blunders on the campaign trail have tarnished his reputation as a political virtuoso.”

I thought it was getting impeached, disbarred, and found guilty of perjury that did it.

Since one is a rapist and the second is a rapist enabler, I'd say ity applies to both.
