No, because “Dr.” Phil doesn’t have one.
He doesn’t have one because he was sanctioned in Texas and never completed the requirements to get his license to practice back.

I have Dr. in quotes because he’s a PhD, not an MD. I know that PhDs are Drs, but frankly, common sense says that if they aren’t practicing in their field, they should not be addressed as Dr.
I don’t think it’s a given he sides with her.
But you can bet that she will be on his show real quick like.
Would she be allowed on the show with the gag order in effect? Also wouldn’t that violate her house arrest conditions?
