Just another addition to the highly critical and extremely important issues that surround presidential campaigns, thank God, it's only every four years, although, this one seems to last almost as long.

I remember Dan Quayle, and "potatoe", and single mothers having babies.

Then it was the gasping, choking disbelief when Bush and Cheney were campaigning and their microphone was not turned off and they called a NYT's reporter, Mr. Clymer, an "a##hole".

We had Algore painted orange for a presidential debate with George W. Bush.

John Kerry dressed up like Elmer Fudd askin' "if this is where he can git a huntin' license"and eating swiss cheese on his Philly Steak Sandwich.

Bill Clinton's puckered lips and teary eyed "I feel your pain" while building his bridge to the 21st Century as he had to explain his relationship with Jennifer Flowers after a super bowl game. Hillary's tears and escaping sniper fire in Bosnia, while shooting at ducks, while Bill earns beaucoup bucks lobbying for things she says she is against. She says she can't remember things because she is tired but wants us to believe she is the right person to answer the phone at 3:00 am. after a few swigs of Royal Crown Whiskey and chased down with a beer or two.

We have Pastor Jeremiah Wright spewing garbage, and Obama clinging to him while telling small town residents that bitterness makes them "cling to guns and religion".

It's all crazy, insane for what the focus is on rather than what it should be on, in my humble opinion, and that is how will they defend our great nation, the war on terror, social security, closing the borders, and taxation.

But, no, the focus is on missteps, gaffes, and I wish they all would just shut the duck up and get on with what is vital and important to our future.

Should have said too socially ignorant....tisk..tisk. Your cultural way of chastising an immature person will bite you in the behind every time you step outside into the wide-wide world.

No sympathy here. Everyone has known this since forever.
