PAUL v CLINTON: What FReeper wants to make history and serve Hillary before the Wednesday debate?

In case anyone has been asleep and doesn't know about Paul v Clinton,, the next status conference is on April 25 in the Los Angeles Superior courtroom of Judge Aurelio Munoz. Co-defendant Jim Levin was served in Chicago, so discovery should now move forward.

Who wants to be part of history? Peter is hoping we can find someone to attempt to serve Hillary sometime before the debate on Wednesday at the National Constitution Center.

To serve her, she does not have to have documents personally handed to her. If you get close enough and she looks while are telling her she has been served in Paul v Clinton, that should be sufficient. You can just get the papers close. It would be great to have that on film.

David Kendall will undoubtedly challenge the service. That's fine, we'll get her served again in New York or D.C. Kendall fighting service will make a nice statement about how Hillary is above the law and wants to avoid testifying to defend her husband in a major business fraud suit.

We have a very short time to get this done. Who can help? Come on, it might be fun.

It does not have to be physically handed to her. You just have to be in the vicinity, and she has to acknowledge that she is hearing what you are saying. This is largely ceremonial. Kendall will challenge it, and she will be served again anyway. Let Kendall take the position that she is avoiding service and refusing to defend her husband. We hope this can make some news. Just as a fun idea, and I know this is unlikely since audience questions are no doubt pre-screened by Hillary's staff, but it would make my day to see her served live in the debate in place of an audience question, if the format allows for questions from the audience this time around.
