Not to hold a grudge, but Keyes and the accompanying Illinois Circus known as the Illinois Republican Party screwed things up for us for a long time to come with his Senate run.

The man is brilliant, but he has no charisma is is wasting time and money in these futile political forays.
He is the last candidate I supported with serious money (back in 2000 and I have the Certificate of Appreciation to prove it)
The first Congressional in Tennessee was wide open a few years back and he could have had a seat in the House, no question. I wish he had done it. I sent that suggestion to as meany of his people as I could find, but never got any sort of reply.
I will see how long I can hang in. His rhetorical style wears very thin, very fast for me, last time I was able to hear him

Serious and honest answer from my personal perspective: help to establish a viable third party to challenge the GOP hegemony on the political right. Perhaps replace the GOP when it “Whigs” out.
Conservatives are going to lose this election regardless of which major party candidate wins. Conservatives have not had much political representation in a major political party since 1988. This is a step toward establishing that representation.

Just talked to some folks on the ground.
Unfortunately, the facility is having bandwidth difficulties that I doubt they’re going to be able to remedy.
They’ll have the video up as soon as they can.
They did say that there is a lot of press there.
The young man speaking has quite a story to tell. He lost three family members in the WTC on 9-11.
I believe Carmen Mercer of the Minuteman Civil Defense Corps is up next, and then Dr. Keyes.
