Clinton Blames MoveOn for Caucus Losses
Washington Post ^ | 4/19/08 | Perry Bacon Jr.

Posted on 04/19/2008 5:31:43 PM PDT by LJayne

Hillary Clinton blamed her defeats by Barack Obama in caucuses around the country in part on MoveOn.org, the liberal activist group that was founded in 1998 to tell Congress to "move on" from its push to impeach Clinton's husband.

What’s ironic is that MoveOn.org was originally set up to support the Clintons.

Hillary is half right. I would not doubt there were thugs on both sides that tried to intimidate voters. But since Hillary support is mostly women, there was probably more intimidation from the Obama side.

maybe Hillary will now join with the GOP to write legislation to ban 527s. We’ve got to get to her while she is still pissed off at them.

“What’s ironic is that MoveOn.org was originally set up to support the Clintons.”

I was just thinking that.

Poetic justice.

I'd like her to be the nominee and then creamed in the election. Then we are rid of her for good. She'd be too old to run again and she'd look like hell - a bitter woman. If you think she has no charm now, when older she'll look worse because of her bitterness. She's been plotting this moment all these years. Salivating for it as Bill took the position she wanted and “entitled” to.

The response from the moonbats is going to be interesting since they are really the ones who shape the Democratic Party’s agenda.

Republicans/Conservatives do a good job of eating their own. But, I must say it's been fun watching the Liberal Rats do the same thing the past three months.

We all know their is no way in the world she's going to allow Obama to become President. He might win the nomination, but she's going to be doing things behind the scene to torpedo Obama. She knows the key narrative about Obama’s win if he were to do so in November would be “he defeated who most thought was going to be the first woman President, Hillary Rodam Clinton.” For that reason and it alone, she will not allow him to win.

Hillary, the chickens are coming home to roost. When the DNC concocted the plan to destroy the Bush/Chaney administration by the steady drum beat of lies and distortions released through the MSM, related to everything the White House did, you didn't expect it to happen to you. How sad.

A lesson I learned a while ago was that unfortunately, the scumbag remains a scumbag, even if for the time being he’s on your side!

Actually the way I see this is. She is painting all of us on the net with the same brush.

She is equating the vastrightwing with moveon.org because we are all on the net.

Caucuses vs primaries does seem to correlate with BHO winning vs Hillary winning. The notable exceptions being BHO’s home state (IL) and states w/primaries that are heavily black: GA, LA, MS.

All of the remaining states have primaries (PA, IN, NC, WV, KY, OR, PR, MT, SD), which would seem to bode better for Hillary, based on the results so far.

Thanks for posting. Very interesting comments at the WaPo blogspot. The last comment (at the time I read them all) referred to operation chaos! LOL!

In other news...

Hillary Clinton formally asked MoveOn.org to rename itself as GoAway.org.

I am not surprised. It may be her orgnaization, but moonbat havens like MoveOn and Daily KOS always gravitate to the most radical, far left candidate - in this case Obama.
