Ben Ami Kadish,an engineer formerly employed by the US Army has been charged with spying for Israel in the 1980s.
The government had long suspected the existence of someone besides Pollard,and had (possibly) used NSA to tap the phone of Pollard's alleged Israeli contact.
There is a report (NY Sun) indicating Mr. Kadish has made a full confession.

Israel is reportedly the #2 nation for spying on the USA after China.
France and Britain have always been pretty high up on the list as well.
It’s not unusual to have “friendly enemies”.
I almost forgot: Russia has been spying here with impunity since the 90’s.
Sometimes I wonder if there isn’t some wink and nod going on here. As in, the US is deliberately providing its classified military information to Israel, but making sure the transmission is done in a way which allows the US to claim it didn’t voluntarily provide the information to Israel. Maybe my tin foil hat needs adjusting. Or maybe not.
I don’t know about that. I’ve long suspected that one of the reasons for the hostility that many folks in the U.S. State Department have towards Israel is the absolute disdain people in U.S. intelligence have for this kind of sh!t.
That’s funny... because the transferred tech, like that of the F-16, used in Israel’s Lavi fighter program, when the F-16 was still comparatively high-tech, ended up with China, sold by the Israelis.
Tinfoil indeed.
Oh, you mean like how the USAF “accidentally” shipped key nuclear weapons components to Taiwan and then announced their mistake in a public press release to make sure the ChiComms knew the ‘bandits’ now likely possessed nukes?
So you think my tin foil hat is in good working order?
Btw... The Lavi fighter is superior to our fighters, which is why arabist Weinberger didn't want it produced, so Israel wouldn't have the need check for f 16 parts (ben ami was accused of doing something with F 15 parts which Israel already had and the information is out of date).
Here's a picture of the criminal now
Maybe the misnamed DOJ can check his depends for listening devices. And he'll die long before any death penalty is carried out.
I think you’re doing just fine. (-;
