INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) - Two men were shot, another arrested, after police say the men attempted to rob an apartment on the city's near north side.

It happened just after 3 a.m. in the 4800 block of Park Forest Court. Authorities say three black males went into the apartment with a shotgun. Several shots were fired.

However, it's the suspected robbers who were injured. Two are being treated at the hospital this morning. Police say their injuries are not life threatening.

Just damn! Hate when that happens!

Gun control means hitting your target!

In neighboring Chicago there would have been only one victim. The 3 criminals would have been spared the embarrassment and pain of being shot.

Someone needs to go to the range for some target practice.

How do you rob an apartment? Did the apartment fire the weapon in self defense? Will the prosecutor look into charging the apartment?

Are journalists dumb asses?

All indicators point to this being an armed citizen situation, but it’s still just the least bit vague, so I’ll wait and/or try to find another account.
