Is Jeremiah Wright a colossal disaster for Barack Obama or a [Hillary Clinton] press trick?

The Rev. Jeremiah Wright couldn't have done more damage to Barack Obama's campaign if he had tried. And you have to wonder if that's just what one friend of Wright wanted.

Shortly before he rose to deliver his rambling, angry, sarcastic remarks at the National Press Club Monday, Wright sat next to, and chatted with, Barbara Reynolds.

A former editorial board member at USA Today, she runs something called Reynolds News Services and teaches ministry at the Howard University School of Divinity. (She is an ordained minister).

It also turns out that Reynolds - introduced Monday as a member of the National Press Club "who organized" the event - is an enthusiastic Hillary Clinton supporter.

On a blog linked to her Web site- www.reynoldsnews.com- Reynolds said in a February post: "My vote for Hillary in the Maryland primary was my way of saying thank you" to Clinton and her husband for the successes of Bill Clinton's presidency.

Both Hillary and Wright know that Obama can't win. Hillary is telling the undecided super delegates that and Wright knew it when he told Obama that the jewish vote would dry up when his trip to Libya was exposed by the media.
Hillary's plan is to damage him so he can't win so she can run in 2012 and Wright is trying to repair his image and keep folks riled up which translates to $$$$$.

Told y'all. It won't take long for all the race baiters to start pointing at Hillary and calling her a racist. And for all the conspiracy theorists to crawl out of their basements. I doubt Hillary will run in 2012. This is her shot now. She won’t be able to stretch that skin into a presentable face to make another run in 2012, and even Bill is looking old lately.

She’ll simply be too old for another run. Maybe she’s try to hang on in 2012 if she wins now, but thats about it. Plus people are just tired of the Clinton’s. She can’t generate enough support now, which is why she has to destroy Obama so completely in order to get ahead of him. Her support will be far, far less in 4 more years, especially against a bunch of new faces.

Even if the Clintons set the NPC appearance up and supplied the questions Wright so disastrously answered, the fact remains that the answers were his voluntary answers, just as the stain on Monica's blue dress came from Bill Clinton. Wright and Obama can't get off that hook.
