the scandal girl who had the New York governor, Eliot Spitzer, resigned from his post – is again in the news. It is said that the New Jersey woman has filed a suit on Monday (April 28) against Joe Francis, founder of the ’Girls Gone Wild’. She claimed that Francis had exploited her name, image, photographs and videos for profit in a wrong way.
Dupree’s name, images, voice, etc have been posted and written in a number of websites and ad campaigns. More than 10 million dollars is what she has filed the lawsuit for, against the damages done to her.
A leading website reported that Dupree had alleged that the representatives of Girls Gone Wild contacted her in Florida in 2003, when she was on a vacation. They offered her alcohol and persuaded her in exposing her breasts for their videos when she was only 17 years of age. In spite of knowing that she was only 17, not a legal age for the film, they proceeded.

Evidently from the point of view of folks in ‘Alexandra Dupree’s’ line of work there is: providing the exploitee an adequate cut of the profits.

Interesting twist. She is showing her true colors though in asking for the money. If it was about the principle of the thing then the course of action would be simple. Sexual exploitation of a minor is a criminal offense and should involve someone going to jail. She isn’t asking for someone to have to pay a debt to society for a crime, she is asking for someone to pay her directly in the form of cash. That is what is known as extortion. She just happens to be attempting to use the legal system itself to accomplish it.
Once you have determined that you are a whore, it is just a matter of setting the price.
Pay her $3000 for the hour and send her on her way...

I read that she was older than 18 when she made the stuff. I'd love to be on that jury. I'd award her $0.00.

I don’t think Alexandra needs to prove she’s a whore. She already did that when she was arrested for being a whore. All she’s doing new is trying to extort money.
OK here’s this works
You sidle up to her and say and somewhat joking fashion.
“Will those red shoes take me all the way to Kansas?” Her usual answer is “ I’m not Dorothy”.
You then can get her name, and at some point you can go back to the Wizard of Oz thing and say “Click your heels three times, and say take ME home”.
It works....often !
What is she going to sue for? Claiming GGW tarnished her reputation? Good luck with that one.
I was listening to a radio program this morning where the hosts were discussing this. I totally agree with one of the women, she said this girl/woman has no moral leg to stand on.
