The ABA Rule of Law Initiative program is searching for a consultant to help conduct a comprehensive review of the Kosovo legal system to determine its capacity for instituting a regulatory bar.
The consultant will spend up to 20 days over the next six months conducting research on developing a regulatory attorney bar in Kosovo. The research and assessment should evaluate the attorney regulatory needs of Kosovo and develop a realistic plan to satisfy the needs identified. The consultants final report will thoroughly explore all issues related to the topic; will provide comparative country and regional examples; and will provide recommendations of activities for the ABA or others to pursue as a course of action, said the ABAs Laura B. Does anyone know how this can be diseminated to the Serbian players on this fake state issue? Seems this ABA interfearance in a Nation's sovereignty is a huge issue. Besides who asked the ABA to intervene? Seems it would be the lawyers from the State Department. (remember DC has a 1 lawyer out of 4 people ratio)
footnote: I KNOW the date says May 1, 2008. That is the newspapers monthly publication date.
Ping.
The USA is sending in the lawyers.
Scottish Law?
LOL!!!!
Once the ABA gets done Kosovo will be the sanfranceeeeesco of the Balkans.
Ping, Lawyers “invade” Kosovo. (sort of)
Have mercy. Just what the Serbs need....lawyers....I don’t care what they’ve done, they don’t deserve that...
The ABA is fast to race to countries setting up new constitutions. One of the FIRST (!) things they wanted to do was actually avoid any definitions of marriage and constitutionally enshrine abortion. This is while they have Serbia lining up soldiers in the norther part of the provence and the russian army is keeping the UN at bay to protect the christians. (upside down world)
