This is incorrect, and insane.
Unless all the darker races are going to physically conquer and kill all the Caucasians then the darker races will go the way of the Mohicans as well.

No matter how much we want to preserve our dear nation and our culture and way of life...our so called leaders in both parties seem hell bent to not only let our country and all she stands for, go down the tubes, but they are actively doing all they can to dismantle every good and endearing quality that being an American stands for. Thus, open borders, attack on the middle class, encouraging industries to move overseas..no, I'll just say, our gov. climbed into bed some time ago with BIG CORPORATIONS and they are calling the shots.Thus, open borders for cheap labor, subsidizing the illegals with tax dollars...in other words, it's a mess. I love my country and I want her back.

Again, why the insult? Often, I find people accusing someone of racist is a racist themselves. Just look at the Democratic Party.
If these excerpts are true indicators of this article then his “our world” is dependent on the “white population”. And the “white population” is probably those people purely descended from Europeans. It reminds me of the old “one drop” rule some southern states had when they determined who was “white”.
FWIW in this view Caucasians doesn't equal white. Most Caucasians are from Asia.

Yeah that’s what I was thinking. The vast majority of the populations in North and South American are European or European/other crosses. In America, Mexican-Americans have been considered whites since the census started. They only became an ethnic catagory since I think 1980.
As I read it - Buchanan is not actually predicting the way *the human race ends* just Western civilization.

The west is burning food in its cars

That’s really the wrong question. We needed to be in WWII because we screwed up being in WWI. That is the war we should have avoided. The Germany under the Kieser was no threat to the world and that war would have been the last war if we would have sat it out.
It is the harsh treaty we allowed to be forced on Germany which gave rise to Hitler.
WWI also made those fake nations of Iran, Iraq, Saudi Arabia, Jordan, etc, which caused most all the other problems we’re dealing with today.

Utter rubbish. Iran, unlike the other nations you mentioned (Iraq, Syria, Jordan etc.) was not a post-WW1, carved out, articificial country. Persia/Iran was since ancient times a Empire/Kingdom with a continuation like barely a second natin. At some periods (Hellenistic and later Arab) they were ruled by foreign invaders, but threw them off pretty quickly. After WW1 Persia got rid of Russian and British troops and stabilized under the first Pahlavi Shah. Persia was from 18th-19th century focus of British and Russian colonial schemes, however never colonialized.
BTW Kaiser Wilhelm was a madman, as were Hindenburg and Ludendorff. Those lovely WW1 Krauts, beside violently imposing their militaristic rule over Belgium, Poland and the Baltic states, brought the world the Bolshevik Revolution in Russia (the Germans supported Lenin to get the Tsar out of the war).
After the treaty of Brest-Litowsk and a potential victory in the West, the German Empire would have ruled over almost all of continental Europe with the Soviet Communists in the East. Just lovely the tought...

Just as with all other immigrant groups that came to this country, within a couple generations they will be intermarrying with everybody just as our ancestors have. The demographic time bomb for Europe means we will have to expand trade and mutual cooperation with our neighbors to the north and south.
The question really is what has caused this. Is this the result of secularization or is it the product of socialism? The USA is the only modern western nation that is sustaining it's population.

I read "Death of the West" when it was still new. Pat is a brilliant man, though I do not agree with him on all things.
I happen to think that it would be racist for example if one were to deny that white males of western European extraction are largely responsible for most of the innovation and progress that the modern world experiences and enjoys.
Pat Buchanan is so sincere in his positions that it does border on fanaticism. Still, the man should hardly be described as "racist" simply because he speaks truth.
