I think J.C. Watts is another possible running mate for John McCain, along with Alan Keyes.

I agree...although from a more practical standpoint, I think JC might fair a little better as he does not bear the burden of having been on the national political stage and being for all intents and purposes perceived as a marginalized presidential candidate.
But I love them both and think either would do a fantastic job were they called to Veep duty.
