You see, now that the Indians have international gambling interests funding their casinos, they have more political clout with our politicians. They get hatcheries, in return, the international gambling interests have broad access to their territories for building more casinos.

Its political dealmaking.

Can they run hatcheries? I hope they can do it better than they run their reservations.
