Put your foodmakers on the spot. Contact them (there’s almost phone or email info on the label) and find out specifically where there stuff is made. If they say, “That’s propietary information,” tell them you’ll no longer be buying their product.
Understandable, I hadn’t thought too much about that. Thanks.
Good Lord. Everyone with half a brain knows that if he can at all help it, he he should not put anything from China into his body
Thanks for the post.
I don’t buy any seafood (if packaged) unless it’s labeled from the USA.
In the future I might accept seafood from a friendly nation (e.g., Thailand,
Taiwan, etc.), but NOT from China.
Every American should own a gun and a fishing pole and know how to use both.

Check your tuna fish, mom!
Still? Why are they making this sound like news?
Just goes to show that nothing has changed.
Do not order seafood at any cheap chain restaurant like Red Lobster or Applebees - it all comes from China and Southeast Asia. Find a restaurant that buys its fish from Foley Fish Co. All of Foley’s fish is bought straight off the boat in Portland, Maine. I know one of their buyers. They only buy the best and freshest fish. He told me that the best fish goes to the good restaurants, the next best goes to the upscale groceries and seafood markets, and the dregs go to the Red Lobsters and Costco. Fish is auctioned every day to the wholesale buyers. So you definitely get what you pay for.
Thanks....there was a Chinese buffet I used to hit. The food was great except for the shrimp in (kind of a) lobster sauce. They tasted medicinal. Stopped eating them of course
I don’t order shrimp dishes in any Chinese restaurant now
