Dean: GOP uses ‘hate’ and ‘race baiting’ to win By Klaus Marre Posted: 05/04/08 12:06 PM [ET] Democratic National Committee Chairman Howard Dean said Sunday that Republicans are using “hate and divisiveness” to win elections.

Dean argued that the use of Sen. Barack Obama’s (D-Ill.) former pastor Jeremiah Wright in GOP ads in local races is “race baiting.”

“When you start bringing up things that have nothing to do with the candidate and nothing to do with the issues, that’s race baiting,” Dean said on Fox News Sunday in response to a question whether the Wright issue and his ties to Obama hurt Democrats down ticket.

“There’s a lot of difference between the Republicans and the Democrats on issues, but the biggest issue of all is we don’t use this kind of stuff. We never have used this kind of stuff, and we’re not going to start now,” said the DNC chairman. “America is more important than the Republican Party, and that’s the lesson that the voters are about to teach the Republicans.”

Guess Dean missed the ads saying GWB wanted to drag blacks behind pickups, and burn crosses on their yards...

No one mentioned Wright's race, Mad Howard. YOU brought it up! The real issue is that Wright is a black supremacist racist and a guy who hates America. And that Obama has shown poor judgment in knowing him for twenty years.

The Democrats have played the Race Card TM forever. And they have the chutzpah to accuse their opponents of raising race to gain a political advantage!

Mr. Chairman, it was Democrat Al Gore who first made up the Willie Horton ad.

Howard Dean in 2003

At that event, Dean received a rousing ovation from the crowd when he said, "White folks in the South who drive pickup trucks with Confederate flag decals on the back ought to be voting with us, and not [Republicans], because their kids don't have health insurance either, and their kids need better schools too."

Howard Dean is a freaking nut-case.
Hell, I don’t know about any of the local politicians, but every nationally known democrat is a freaking nut-case. How they support each other is beyond me. They are all caricatures of themselves.

Howard Dean isn't divisive?

"We're going to tell all those white boys who run the Republican Party to stay out of our bedrooms." -- Howard Dean

"You think the Republican National Committee could get this many people of color in a single room? Only if they had the hotel staff in here." -- Howard Dean

"Dealing with race is about educating white folks..." -- Howard Dean

"We have got to stop having the campaigns run in this country based on abortion, guns, God and gays..." -- Howard Dean

"I think a library trustee is pretty important," Dean said, during "an administration that likes book burning more than reading books." -- Howard Dean as quoted by USA Today

"I hate the Republicans and everything they stand for..." -- Howard Dean

I don’t suppose Dean was referring to the ad that the Dems ran in 2000 that talked about the black man that was dragged to death in Texas while Bush was governor.

What did Bush have to do with it?

Howard Dean is a freaking nut-case. A nut-case is an appropriate choice as Chairman of the Democrat Party. Howard Dean often throws false accusations into the public discourse and mostly exposes himself as a liar and a fool.
