House Financial Services Chairman Barney Frank (D-Mass.) told Cybercast News Service on Tuesday he will move to end the Iraq War with an immediate termination of funding if a Democrat becomes president next year.
"I will move to cut funding immediately," said Frank. "I have already done that. I voted against the war and voted to cut the funding. I would hope a Democratic President would put in place a plan that would begin a total withdrawal."

In Barney Frank’s world.
Running a prostitution ring out of your basement = good.
Supplying our young men and women bullets and body armor in the heat of battle = bad.

I really don’t want to enter into Barney Frank’s world. Though, I wish he would take his rhetoric to Iraq, personally.

It's simple. Lose the war=Bush's defeat=revenge for 2000 election.
That's the formula and that's what will drive Dems to the polls in droves.
It's still about 2000.

I am surprised Barney is not offering to take showers with the young soldiers, especially the underage boys that manage to enter service at 17. This pervert is about as disgusting as they get and he continues to get reelected. Do people in his district have cavitated brains and teeth?

Heck, if a Democrat is president, I bet the news(sic) will be that in Iraq, the sun is shining a little brighter, the children are happier, everything is peaceful, and we should stay to help our friends(sic)... that way, they can give the ‘D’ president credit for fixing(sic) it. You'll see a lot more dems defend the war than in the past.

Hey, that’ll show our enemies in that part of the World.
I’m beginning to feel like I’m back in the 1970’s.

If McCain doesn’t turn that into a campaign ad, he’s a complete idiot.

I’d tell Mr. Frank to KMA, but I’m afraid he’d take me up on it.

When Barney was a state rep in MA, he used to file a bill every year to repeal all of the sodomy laws.
Gee. What a guy.

EXACTLY. The Killing Fields of Cambodia will be like a day at the beach compared to what will happen in the MidEast when the Dems pull the rug out from under Iraq.

This is chum to stir the waters for the KOS kiddies and their cousins. He hopes to make them believe they count and will do their bidding. Later he'll make an excuse for not defunding, blaming, of course, the eeeeevil Republicans for teir ineptitude........
A strategy that has proven to work.
