McCain doesn’t see a big picture, he’s not an executive type, and he’s probably never had an original idea or the vision to carry it thru in his entire life. He’s a small man (literally and figuratively) vying for a big job.

Shortly after the Democrat attempt to overtturn the election of GW Bush, I lisened to an ex-operative being interviewed, and he said that they've been doing this for many years, and have in fact succeeded in overturning the results of a number of US senatorial and congressional elections.
I remember him saying (paraphraing),"You agitate until they agree to a recount. You've got to handle the ballots. Once they agree to the recount, you begin handling the ballots, causing some to be disqualified (doublepunched) and creating votes (by punching unpunched tickets). You just keep counting until your side wins."
This is EXACTLY what they tried to do in 2000 -- the first time this Stalinist tactic has been employed in a presidential contest. Utterly cynical and disgusting. It's a shame that so few Democrats realize what their party has become.

If you recall, there were several double punched ballots in that recount, and they were for Gore plus someone else. I figured out how that happened.
You take a bunch (say 10 or twenty) of (already voted) voter cards, form them into a stack, and then run them through on the Gore punch hole with a probe shaped correctly to match the voting machine.
Gore votes are unaffected, non Gore votes become double punched and are disqualified.
It also explains how you create "hanging chads" and dimpled votes.
The whole thing was a pre-arranged ambush.
The Democrats had a call center in St Louis that they deployed to call all the Palm Beach Seniors to ask them if they had voted correctly and if they weren’t certain they should return to the polls and ask to revote.
None of the seniors independently, of their on volition, ever thought they had made a mistake, it was all stirred up by the Dems.
BTW the ballot was designed by Dems, published as a sample ballot prior to the event without any complaint, and was perfectly understandable by 5th graders when subsequently tested by them.

Could the Left be any more indecent? Like David Horowitz has said, when you fight the Left, be prepared to get kneed in the b*lls. The Left recognizes no limits on its own behavior. The great irony is that it’s precisely the Left’s unshakeable certainty in the moral perfection of its cause that makes it so willing to lie, cheat, smear, demonize, polarize, disrupt, deceive, wreck, ruin, undermine, transgress, slander, manipulate, etc, etc, etc — and all for our own good of course.
