At eleven years old, a Douglas elementary school girl finds herself pregnant and under the protection of Child Protective Services.
The name of the girl was not released due to her age.
In late January or early Februar 2008, when her homeroom teacher and the school nurse noticed the slight swell of her tummy, the girl dismissed her girth as a tumor, a Douglas police report stated.
When her grandparents, who have legal custody of the girl, were questioned, they told Douglas detectives that she ate too much and that’s why she was gaining weight.
By the middle of March, though, a school staff member became increasing concerned about the girl. On April 4th the staff member spoke with her and inquired about her growing condition.
At irst the 11-year-old was hesitant to open up to anyone at the school, but later she revealed her situation to a teacher whom she trusted. She said that in December 2007 she had been on school break and had been sexually abused by her father. The assault occurred at her father’s house in Agua Prieta, Sonora. Douglas police immediately contacted CPS.
The girl told Douglas police that she was uncertain about what to do when she was returned to her grandparents’ house in Douglas.
A few days later the girl was taken to Tucson to visit her mother, who is an illegal immigrant.
According to the police report, the mother, upon learning about her daughter’s assault, called the girl’s father and threatened him.
Because the father is in Mexico, the case now belongs to the Mexican authorities.
The Mexican police did not return calls to The Daily Dispatch by press time.

Showing at 2 months? I seriously doubt that. The teacher and nurse must have had some other reasons to suspect the pregnancy.
Planned Parenthood generally covers up such “punishments” and the parents are never the wiser. Neither are the authorities. And politicians like it that way.

How big would a 10-year-old be? I’d say that at 2 months, it’ll begin to show a lot more than it will, for an adult woman.

She is 11. She isn’t even done with puberty. I can see her showing at 2 months.
I say we do two things. Heavily arm the mother, provide her with the most lethal firearms we can, then team her up with Dog, the Bounty Hunter, and send them into Mexico.

I don’t know if it’s true, but with so many of these instances occuring, I tend to believe it. Many years ago an illegal adult co-worker told me she’d been molested as a child by her father and that it was tradition. Supposedly, the father has the right to be their daughters’ “first” before any other man.
The Dispatch can’t add - Dec to May is 6 months. And I find it hard to believe the school noticed anything after a month or two. Anyone bother questioning gramps?

That should be for a medical doctor to determine, not an emotional observer. A C-section will be used when birthing is necessary.
Its ok, because the anchor baby will now be born in the US and make instant citizens out of the entire extended family. The girls mother, an illegal will never be deported now and the US tax payer will pay for all the child birthing, welfare, schooling, healthcare, and subsidized housing. No problemo mucho gracias.
I’m all for captal punisment of rapists and not just child rapists. A pregnancy for an 11 year old girl is a life threatening condition. The law has always allowed abortion to save the life of the mother.

I dont understand it and I suppose that it’s the culture but there are so MANY latinos raping children. My EX brother-in-law (PR) is on the run now for raping the 8 year old girl next door. I seems to be so much more common
This has happeded twice in the Cincinnati area within the last few months. 2 girls under 12 years of age giving birth to babies. One girl was raped by an illegal, the other was by an American citizen, not of the Hispanic race.

Technically, she wasn’t raped by an illegal alien, since he was in Mexico.
