An Arlington attorney was arrested and accused of soliciting a minor for sex on the Internet.
Ronald Cohen, 57, was arrested Thursday and charged with soliciting sex on the Internet with a girl under the age of 15, but the girl was really a police officer.
"They decided that they would set up a meeting. Mr. Cohen went through with the meeting and that's where he was met with detectives and state troopers," said Crystal Nosal, of the Arlington County Police.
Cohen is a prominent attorney in Arlington, working largely in real estate. He is one of five directors of the Arlington County Bar Association, and had just attended a meeting the night before his arrest.
Police executed search warrants at his office, seizing computer equipment. They also searched his home at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac in Mclean.
He and his wife Cathy have two college-age daughters and a son in high school.

Cohen is also on the board of directors for the Arlington Kiwanis, which has numerous activities with children.

Produce a real 15 year old girl to testify what she did at the trial.
I know McLean is a pretty big town but with residents like Ted Kennedy and that other attorney who bumped a girl over the guardrail while driving drunk and claimed to have hit a deer, you just gotta shake your head.
Why a 57 y/o man wants a 15 yr old girl for sex is beyond me. Plus the dude is married with kids....what a creep and he looks like one too.

Locally, a 39 year old woman tried plying a 15 year old boy with beer and weed and want to do him. She was a family "friend". She's married and has two children.

If one of these tools goes out to find a 16 year old to have sex with in a state where the age of consent is 18, and he winds up with a women who is 19, but he thinks she's 16, is that stuatory rape?
