Malkin’s BS here . . . that could’ve been written by a highschooler (who hasn’t taken a journalism class).

Gosh, the RNC hires stupid people. 50 years of me-tooism from the Republican establishment. Is Soros paying them under the table?

Malkin’s BS

I asked for specifics; evidently, you haven't any. Explain how what Ms. Malkin wrote is in any demonstrable way "BS," if you can.

Ronald Reagan did not have contempt for the People, and he did not act as if he thought the People were stupid.

The next party to come to power in this country won't exhibit contempt for the People, either.

Unfortunately, the GOP leadership now drips with contempt for the People, and, as many have pointed out, they are headed for disaster - which they richly deserve.

Does this mean Change is the opiate of the people?

You're asking me for specifics? ROTFLMAO
Maybe your attention should be directed to Ms. Malkin, specifically, what was in this vaunted memo?

You're asking me for specifics?

You made the assertion -- still unsupported, numerous requests for citation later -- that Ms. Malkin's column was "BS." Evidently, you have nothing whatsoever with which to back that up.

Quelle surprise.

I don't know. I have a feeling I won't be voting in November since no one much cares what I think. None of the candidates reflect my values.

Oh, but you can't do that! Then the wrong lizard candidate might get in!

[A spaceship carrying a 100 foot tall silver robot had just landed in, or more accurately, on, a rather expensive chunk of London real estate, specifically Knightsbridge and more particularly, Harrod’s:...]

"I come in peace," it said, adding after a long moment of further grinding, "take me to your Lizard."

Ford Prefect, of course, had an explanation for this, as he sat with Arthur and watched the nonstop frenetic news reports on television, none of which had anything to say other than to record that the thing had done this amount of damage which was valued at that amount of billions of pounds and had killed this totally other number of people, and then say it again, because the robot was doing nothing more than standing there, swaying very slightly, and emitting short incomprehensible error messages.

"It comes from a very ancient democracy, you see..."

"You mean, it comes from a world of lizards?"

"No," said Ford, who by this time was a little more rational and coherent than he had been, having finally had the coffee forced down him, "nothing so simple. Nothing anything like so straightforward. On its world, the people are people. The leaders are lizards. The people hate the lizards and the lizards rule the people."

"Odd," said Arthur, "I thought you said it was a democracy."

"I did," said Ford. "It is."

"So," said Arthur, hoping he wasn't sounding ridiculously obtuse, "why don't the people get rid of the lizards?"

"It honestly doesn't occur to them," said Ford. "They've all got the vote, so they all pretty much assume that the government they've voted in more or less approximates to the government they want."

"You mean they actually vote for the lizards?"

"Oh yes," said Ford with a shrug, "of course."

"But," said Arthur, going for the big one again, "why?"

"Because if they didn't vote for a lizard," said Ford, "the wrong lizard might get in. Got any gin?"

I think all this tedious, vapid “change” talk should be parodied in a series of commercials for laxatives...... “loosen up, relax, EX-LAX will give you THE CHANGE YOU DESERVE!”

Maybe ads for anti-hemmorhoid products too! “Are you experiencing pain and itching in all the wrong places? Let me help you with THE CHANGE YOU DESERVE!”

I AM BARACK OBAMA AND I APPROVED THESE MESSAGES

p.s. Why are RINOs buying into all the wrong kinds of “change” and none of the change we actually NEED?

I observed that Ms. Malkin is writing of a memo, that she can’t be bothered to inform the rest of us of its contents. Too bad you’re not smart enough to figure it out.

I observed that Ms. Malkin is writing of a memo, that she can’t be bothered to inform the rest of us of its contents.

“Through our “Change You Deserve” message and through our “American Families Agenda,” House Republicans will continue our efforts to speak directly to an American public looking for leaders who will offer real solutions for the challenges they confront every day,” said the memo prepared for lawmakers.

The memo is, in fact, explicitly quoted in the body of Ms. Malkin's article. You might want to give some consideration to actually reading posted stories before kneejerking in Pavlovian opposition to same, next time. FYI, and all that.

Too bad you’re not smart enough to figure it out.

Insults, in place of reasoned rebuttal? *Yawn*.

There's the proof. The Republican party HATES us.

In all seriousness, what we really need is the change THEY deserve: The Washington establishment out on its collective tokhes.

Oh, I’m sorry. Where should I look for the text of the memo, again?

Did they hire the same sloganeer who came up with the one for the Air Force, “Above All” (Uber Alles)?

One more thing. If you choose to be condescending, expect insults. Don't be a wuss.

Why not start with the portion already explicitly quoted, and work your way from there? Explain how Ms. Malkin's citing of same qualifies as "BS" -- an assertion still unsupported by even so much as the merest scintilla of evidence, incidentally.

Do you believe Ms. Malkin is lying? What is your evidence for this assertion, if so?

If you choose to be insulting in the first place ("Too bad you’re not smart enough"), expect to be condescended to. Don't be a hypocritical @sshat.

Good Lord, can you stop your knees from jerking for just one minute? I’m not accusing Malkin of lying, I’m accusing her of being lazy with the facts.
