Who would viciously attack this woman? Todd Torok, 39, was arrested for the crime and charged with attempted murder, felonious assault and aggravated robbery. Out of prison less than two weeks, Torok has a 9-page rap sheet. Arrested 36 times in his 39 years, Todd Torak has served time in 8 prisons. Judges in this country need to pass a mentality test before allowed to rule/sentence. This is horrible.

I guess Ohio doesn’t have a “Three Strikes, You’re Out” law.

The population at large has been sentenced to “cruel and unusual punishment” by having hardened criminals released from prison to wreak havoc on the citizens.

I couldn’t agree with you more. Using a 15 pound rock to beat her with..I raise animals..none of them display this kind of behavior.

Cleveland area.

Chevonne Ecclestone, 52, was walking her poodle, Java, in Parma Park. She was found a couple of hours later, in a creek, ½ a mile from her parked car. Still alive at last report, Chevonne Ecclestone, critical, is in a chemically induce coma. She was bashed repeatedly in the head with a 15 pound rock.

Did not remember the details of this attack.

He's a sicko.

Ironically, when I grew up (in Parma, Ohio), there was a Torok family a couple of blocks away. They were known for getting into trouble, and Mom always told me to stay away from those Torok boys. Given the age of this Todd Torok, there's a very good chance that he's related to that family and might well be the younger brother of the ones I knew.

Fortunately, I listened to Mom.
