PMO Sources: U.S. May Operate in Iran in 2008
http://www.israelnationalnews.com/Ne...sh.aspx/146677 ^

Posted on 05/16/2008 12:47:51 PM PDT by jhpigott

(IsraelNN.com) Sources in the Prime Minister's Bureau estimated Friday that the United States may act against Iran before President George W. Bush's term is over, Army Radio reported. The sources said that in the closed door meetings between Bush and Prime Minister Ehud Olmert, the two discussed the possibilities of action against Ahmadinjad's regime, among other subjects.

According to the sources, President Bush said that the Iranian problem had to be met with a "radical solution" – one that will have a beneficial effect upon the entire Middle East, and bring about a change in the behavior patterns of Hizbullah and Hamas.

I think Bush has an obligation to take out the trash before he leaves.

I don't know if it will help or hurt Mccain, but to hell with it.

Have been since 2003. Everything of possible military value has been RFIDed. Iran could get rid of the devices only by removing and replacing every bolt from every piece of machinery and every piece of rebar in the concrete. The chips are in the bolts and rebar. Especially the centrifuges. Keep this secret.

This story has been floated so many times I doubt the Iranians are paying attention any more.

According to John Loftus, we know exactly where the centrifuges are because the audible frequency produced by the high-speed rotors can be IDed and localized pretty easily by high-altitude aircraft. This is also secret, even though it was broadcast on the John Batchelor Show a couple of years ago.

Iran’s ruling clerical council has been replaced entirely with Jews. They hired Amanutjob to cause dissatisfaction among the people and to give the west an excuse to attack.

The Russians have a different plan. That reactor they are helping Iran build is designed to cause sterility. In 30 years, the Russians plan to just march in and take over.

Not saying Bush will do it, but this would cause at least a temporary oil price spike, maybe a supply crisis. In that context, how irresponsible is it for Congress to order a stop to filling the strategic reserve?

Then you can fly me back to Miami drop me off and return the 2 aircraft back to the desert with MISSION ACCOMPLISHED on the fuselage of the aircraft.

that's when i stopped having ANY respect for and/or BELIEVING ANYTHING that the "main-SLIME media" reported.

No use second guessing what might be in mind at this point. I don't think the US is prepared to destroy the Iranian nuclear facilities and all the associated above and below ground industry relating to their nuclear program.
Perhaps ground and air attacks directly upon Iranian bases and gathering points on the Iranian side that contribute to the importing of EID and Shia backed Iranian and Arab fighters into Iraq might be the case. Who knows. A myriad of things could be brought up that on the surface might appear feasible to carry out.
Bombing the Iranians into submission with conventional or nuclear weapons will not take place. We can't appear to be to aggressive against muslim nations at this point. Though most of the ME countries would love for us to take the Persians out big time, I doubt their subjects would take kindly to it.

Your psychotic rhetoric is costing me more money for everything, please stop and have a little more faith in the Israelis, they can handle their own neighborhood.

By the way your beloved president has an approval rating of what? 9 points now. This president and it’s administration will go down in the history books as the most pathetic excuse for a government the world has ever seen.

Yes Jimmy Carter is happy today.

Actually, I was thinking last week that there may be action against Iran's centrifuges soon. I expect they were getting set in the fall but the NIE report blew that chance. Since then it has been shown that Iran by their own admission is getting more centrifuges and increasing enrichment.

Bush did not expect Iraq to take so long to settle. Now that it has been except for Sadr City and Mosul. Mosul being done now and Sadr City is also getting accomplished.

A lot of troops have been set up to prevent smuggling from Iran near the border. I think that they are prepared for Iranian pushback against the border from Kurdistan down. Basra is pacified.

We put an missile cruiser that does intercepts in the Mediterranean. Israel was just given the X band radar that can detect missiles at launch.

We have 2 carrier fleets in the Gulf. All the pieces are in place.

Iran has activated Hezbolla and that may be to distract Israel. Cheney did the area tour in March and Israel upgraded their shelters this spring and summer for radiological and bio dangers.

Now Bush did this speech and his window is closing. US does not have causi belli to do the deed. I bet that strong encouragement is to have Israel do the deed to bomb the facilities. That would disrupt the Iranian progress and may disrupt Hezbolla.

Israel just tried to neutralize Syria with the Golan Heights offer. Syria turned it down. The diplomatic track has been done to death and so now they can say with justification that Israel had no other choice.

Then this week Bush visits Israel , Saudi Arabia and all the players ensuring that they will be on our side and neutralize the objections.

The moment is this summer. The big problem is the Olmert scandals can keep Israel from doing this. That speech yesterday was addressed to the appeasers in Israel and in the Knesset. It wasn't just to Europe and American Democrats.

I believe the probability is higher now than it has been. We just need Israel to pull the trigger.
