Howie did bring up “what if the Dem-controlled MA legislature brought back the old law” (Gov being able to appoint successor) “and Deval appoints HIMSELF?”

Hmm—someone posted an article on FR, How To Escape A
Sinking Car. And also: “Edgartown hikes Chappy ferry rates”.
Wonder why...?

How about his wife? Or his brother-in-law? Or his aide that likes the weather in Florida so much, he hangs out in steam rooms?

The list is endless.

I gotta give Howie major props, in that he has cut off any jerk out there who wants to make the expected stupid comments about Teddy today.

A caller just noted that the moonbats would be having a party if it was Dick Cheney who’d gotten the same diagnosis. I’d like to think that we’re FAR above such gutter tripe. Looking at some of the threads here today, however, I’m not so sure.

“what if the Dem-controlled MA legislature brought back the old law”

I was saying to a friend last weekend, after the news first broke, that the MA legislature is probably in a real quandary about what to do -- repeal the "Romney/Kerry law" now that there's a Dem gov? But, as far as I can tell, there's a lot of antagonism between Deval and legislature! What to do, what to do!!???
