It’s racist to use McCain’s middle name in the title.

Prepare for the barrage of “McLame is a Rino”, “I wish I had a candidate I could vote for”, and “We’re all doomed” responses.

Love McCain.
Hate McCain.
This was still funny. But “SNL” still is abysmal, and I have no idea why politicians lower themselves ( and that’s REAL low) and appear on it.

...and I have no idea why politicians lower themselves ( and thats REAL low) and appear on it.Here's a clue for you. It humanizes them and shows they can laugh at themselves. This is not like fielding questions about your choice of undergarments. Of course there will always be those who think this kind of stuff is bad. usually those people are wearing shorts that are way too tight.
To: Cinnamon Girl
I’m starting to believe that McCain is every bit as dumb as Joe Biden and might even feel cozy and comfortable sleeping with his adversaries who wish to do him in .

McCain’s delivery is a bit like that of Ben Stein. I liked it.

I agree. Thanks for posting the video link. Watching him was the first time anything that he has said has made me smile. Let us hope that he will use that “charm” in the fall debates, etc.

Lorne Michaels is a McCain supporter, and this is why McCain is getting decent PR on SNL.

I heard Laura Ingraham saying she didn’t think it was a good idea for him to go on SNL, but I think it is a very smart move. He makes himself a more familiar and comfortable presence to an audience that may not be watching debates or following news reports.

Its racist to use McCains middle name in the title. More sexist than racist, I think: nowadays, Sidney's more likely to be a girl's name than a boys.
