Many moons ago, Stark insulted J.C. Watts’ family during a heated discussion on the house floor. Stark kept prattling on and on, while J.C. closed the distance. Another Republican congressman saw what was happening, and placed himself between J.C. and Stark, thus saving Stark’s worthless life.
A damned shame.
I doubt there is a tape of it on C-SPAN, but I would have loved to have seen it.
