The 9th Circus judges are all so terribly crude (and predictable). Makes me feel dirty even reading about them.
Impeach them all!
The clowns from the infamous 9th Circus are at it again! Cue the calliope.
ya know it wasnt until the turn of the century in the early 1900’s that the Executive or Legislative branch gave a rats ass about what the Supreme Court had to say about anything other than The Judicial Branch of Government. The Three Branches of Government are separate but equal. The Supreme Court only Governs The Judicial Branch, yes the Executive Branch can tell them to go pound sand (Andrew Jackson) and of course the Legislative Branch has the power under the Constitution to limit what the Supreme Court can do. So when we start electing people that can actually read, we will be enslaved to the Tyrannical Branch of Government.
My first step would be to immediately implement the “Missing 13th Amendment” Titles of Nobility Amendment. If you have never heard of it well you can look it up. and Yes it is TRUE. Only the Secretary of State can revive it. If we actually had a Statesman as President. So we are screwed cuz I don’t see any true Americans on the Horizon, just a bunch of junior Marxists.
One World, one people
open borders
free trade
Central Bank
debt based monetary system

God help the military!
Why does the Air Force need to show a reason to make this person leave the force? They don’t.
Collect your unemployment and move on with your life.
They’ll never learn that the miltary isn’t a social experiment.
Sign of things to come.......its scary.....special elections.....polls.......lack of enthusiasm and funds......everything going right for Homos......
Next few years are going to be pure hell.....
God help us.
Cheers!
Something like this happened under Clinton. Some court ordered the DOD to reinstate a (discharged) gay AF officer. Clinton stepped in, said he was CINC, and that the court had no jurisdiction. He told them to pound sand and it worked. Bush should do the same.
There's a reason for that policy and the policy itself does not prevent homosexuals from serving in the military as long as they keep their private lives under wraps. It is going on at this very moment in all branches.
Adultery is considered conduct unbecoming and soldiers, airmen, sailors and Marines can all be DD'd because of that specific behavior...though rare.
IOW, that regulation has to be tossed too as well as all other immoral sexual conduct.
Then again we're talking about the 9th Circus and a bunch of delusional judges on that bench.
They aren't delusional. They know exactly what they're doing.
Yes...they know they can legislate from the bench now and force BS into the system instead of interpret the law(s) as is for enforcement.
“A citation from President Bush that year said, “Her airmanship and courage directly contributed to the successful accomplishment of important missions under extremely hazardous conditions.””
Give me a break! That’s standard wording for an award where someone showed up for work regularly. It isn’t as though the POTUS was giving her personal praise!
Stupid reporters...
Actually, for what it is worth I split with the conservative viewpoint on this issue. I think we are better served with experienced medical personnel regardless of their orientation and lets face it, don’t ask, don’t tell seems dishonorable or at least avoiding the issue. Gay patriots should be allowed to serve their country IMO.
You've never served, have you?
>>This is judicial dictatorship.
On a course for civil war. What military assets does the enemy control?
As someone who has spent his fair share of time in communal showers, or sleeping in Humvees with other guys - I’ll pass on having an open, practicing homosexual share the tent/Humvee/shower with me.
