My source says over 13 per 100,000 for Mexico, and under 6 per 100,000 for the U.S.
That’s why I wanted to know your source. It contradicts mine.
Upon further research, using the defintion of murder as deliberate killing (ie not vehicular homicide, accidental shooting, abortion does not count, medical or other negligence does not count, other circumstances), YOU ARE RIGHT.
