Starting this fall, Pace University will offer a 50 percent tuition scholarship to U.S. military veterans who have served in Afghanistan and/or Iraq from 2001 to the present. The scholarship is open to all veterans who meet Pace's admissions requirements, and includes veterans now at Pace. Veterans must provide a copy of their DD-214 form with one of the following designations: Global War on Terrorism Expeditionary Medal; Operation Afghanistan Campaign Medal; or the Operation Iraqi Freedom Medal. In addition, Pace is waiving application fees for these veterans. The scholarship is renewable based on academic performance. Applicants are encouraged to apply by early summer, but admissions counselors will continue working with applicants through the beginning of the fall semester. Get full details and apply for the Pace scholarship by filing an application for graduate or undergraduate admission available on the University's website.
Wow! That’s great.
This should threaten the mental and physical health of the Leftists, Racists, Multiculturalists and anti military “professors” at America’s Indoctrination Universities.....
I’ve always wondered why top schools, like UCLA, don’t do something special for our Vets.
Thank you, Pace!
I hope this catches on! What a great service to our vets!
More colleges and universities need to follow the lead here. Considering the number of libs Pace has cycled through in the past this is a pleasant surprise.
Kudos to the administration at Pace University!
tuition alone is $30,632 per year, $42,537 if you live on campus...ouch!
With tuition and fees at $31,000 per year, they can afford to offer some discounts.
“Wow! Thats great.”
Yep, good news for sure. As a Vet Vet who got my degree via the GI Bill (plus working the night shift at a local truck stop), I was relieved to learn that my military service counted toward my PE classes and thereby waived. Now, how’s that for a benefit :)
Pretty good... ;-)
